    They made me feel like family!

    I could not have been happier with my stay! I found the instructions simple in turns of checking in and the staff- Amazing! Alice, Kathrine and Flor made my stay incredible. They always checked in with me and treated me like a family member who came to visit. I stayed two weeks and loved every minute of it!!!!!

    We appreciated the security of the electronic keypad to enter the alleyway/driveway to the building plus the mid-driveway electronic keypad. The electronic keypad to enter the building and the keypad to enter the room. It was a lovely Shabbos spent in the beautiful room. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

    Pictures of the resort are very misleading. Check-in was chaotic and extremely disorganized—they had us checking in at a desk set up in the hallway, which felt unprofessional. I booked a family room for myself, my husband, and my child, but it turned out to be two completely separate rooms, which was not what I expected or wanted.I have never stayed anywhere so poorly managed. Getting into the hotel was also frustrating, requiring multiple keys and codes just to access different areas. Overall, I would not even consider this a proper hotel experience.

    Stayed 2 days, self checkin a little tricky but not that difficult. Staff are so attentive and helpful. Good breakfast, free coffee anytime at lounge on the Ground floor. All in all, good peaceful.

    Beautifully decorated villa - about 15 minutes walk from the Duomo. Rather stressful means of arrival - a series of codes, to let yourself into the room.Had I known that there would be no physical presence at the villa, apart from at breakfast, I wouldn't have booked it. There was no sense of hospitality at all. Just a very over-priced lodging.Outside of breakfast, if you wanted a coffee later in the day by the pool (shaded) then it would involve leaving the property (no easy task) and going to a cafe, at least 5 minutes away maybe (I don't know, I didn't try, as by this stage I was disenchanted to say the least).I would suggest this place would suit people that want to be totally disconnected from the world (and people).Breakfast is patchy - replenishment levels not sufficient. But with only one person supervising breakfast and one cleaning, it's hardly surprising.
