  Where to begin? Don’t expect to communicate in English with any of the staff here firstly. Customer service level at the bare minimum. I guess it all started when the receptionist tried to write our room number on the plastic key card in pencil. Never seen the likes. The main concern was that the bathroom window had a nearly see through curtain. When we turned on the light anyone from across the road could see us taking a shower. We tried to resolve the issue by putting towels over the window but to avail due to their height. Tried to call front desk. Phone didn’t work and was filthy as well. When I approached the front desk to advise, again I wasn’t understood. He went on a translator and told me to put pillows on the window. I said this isnt a solution. I added that were weren’t after an upgrade or anything. Just expressing our unhappiness. He said they were booked out anyway. Which was a lie as there were available rooms on their website. He said talk to the morning receptionist. Again, no solutions. We ended up just telling the first receptionist what happened and he said he’d tell the owner. Anyway,, for the price and location you can’t complain. But please do not expect anything else out of this place.

  Very disappointed...We came here today to stay 2 nights until Sunday and we are not happy with the room, we need to keep the light off in order to take a shower because the window in the bathroom has a very see through curtain.We went to the receptionist, and he didn't give us a proper solution, he lied to us, he said that they are full, and their website has availability for better rooms, we are not looking for a free upgrade, we are not that kind of people that is complaining, but we expressed our unhappiness and lack of privacy. He offered to cover the window with a towel (before to go downstairs to tell him, we tried and didn't work), that's not a solution.We just wanted to have a nice weekend coming for special date for us as a couple coming from Ireland and Mexico.We are very disappointed with the staff and no resolution.

  This is a fabulous hotel it's very central to all amenities rooms are very comfortable and lovely breakfast served in the morning Staff very nice and friendly and also very helpful the rooms are kept immaculately clean everyday definitely would recommend here when staying in Genoa

  Staff not very friendly but otherwise a lovely clean modern hotel hidden in an office building. Rooms modern and comfortable with a fridge. Breakfast very good and hotel is well located. Plenty of restaurants nearby.Enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.

  Located right in the center of the city with easy walk to many places. Great breakfast and very clean and modern rooms. Perfect place to stay if you want to explore Genoa. Stuff is very friendly and happy to help. There is parking available right on the street in the neighborhood.
