    Best location in the city. This hotel is right in the middle of Centro. You can walk to everything in just minutes from this hotel.

    Never again. The hotel is outdated, completely overpriced and almost impossible to find. Booking.com was showing a parking space, but nothing nearby. There is a public garage 5 minutes walking- good idea if you have luggage in your car. The elevator is so tiny, and that 2 people with luggage will not fit in. 400€ for what exactly? Additionally, less than 500 meters from the hotel, there is an underground parking lot for a fee. For your convenience, you can arrive at the hotel, drop off your luggage, which will be brought to your room by our staff, and then proceed to park.Regarding the elevators, please note that as the building is not newly constructed, they are not very spacious.     Location is great. We walked up from Brignole station in about 15 minutes. Reception staff are excellent. We arrived early, expecting to leave our bags, but the room was ready. Everything was spotless. There was a fridge and a safe in the room. There are metal shutters on the windows.We had delicious meals on two evenings in the attached restaurant. One point worth noting: The hotel faces a small square. There is a bar on the square and the hotel has tables outside. It can get noisy at night. We were in a room to the side. Despite the windows and the shutter closed, it was noisy for quite a while one night, not too bad the second and quite the third perhaps because it was raining. If I were returning, I would want to be assured of a room at the back. And I would not stay Friday or Saturday night.Other than that, the hotel is perfect.     A Stay with Challenges at a Very Central Location

    The hotel’s location is ideal; from here, you can walk to almost every attraction, such as palaces, museums, the old port and markets. However, on our first night, external noise interrupted our sleep, penetrating our room even with the door and window closed. This disruption left us feeling restless and unsettled.Fortunately, the hotel staff were quick to rectify the situation. They promptly found us another room where we could enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. We truly appreciate their kindness and attentiveness; they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable.I recommend this hotel to those who prioritize location, friendly service, and cleanness but are prepared to deal with minor inconveniences.
