    Nice staff,very clean room close to the beach

    The room was very clean and it was cleaned every day spotless. It is 2 minutes walk to the beach. To Sestri Levante Center is a 10 minutes drive. 2 minutes to the local market. The staff is extremely nice. The room was a little loud,could hear the noise from the neighbour room,but this is usual in Italy. Parking is on the back, when was full I was able to park on the side streets.

    Hotel is correct and a walking distance to the beach and other amenities (though not that close from the city centre). The room was ok but there is no air con, which was really annoying on such a hot day. Please note the hotel is also a restaurant and it smelt a lot when we came back after dinner outside.

    We started out with some booking issues upon arrival that we sorted out but it was the booking agency's fault. The rooms are simple and not modern. They are clean but with signs of times here and there! The staff was super friendly especially Vincenzo the property manager, the young guy in the reception and the young girl in the restaurant and we stayed there with half board! Simple breakfast- simple dinner, but very satisfying. They say there philosophically is a home-away-from-home which was exactly what it was. Don't expect the staff to cater to you but expect them to be friendly and relaxed and helpful! We stayed at the Holiday which was wheelchair -or strollerfriendly ! Room was spacious and the hotel is VERY close to the beach! We loved it here and would definitively come back.

    We only stayed one night, but the hotel was clean, functional and a reasonable price. Would definitely return.The beach was very close by. We ate in the restaurant - the food was very good and the staff courteous, helpful and friendly.

    perfect location, walking distance to the beach free parking nearby clean and spacious room comfortable bed friendly and helpful staff at receptionpoor breakfast (only sweet), we expected more based on photos (which are probably from lunch and/or dinner in the restaurant)wifi only at reception
