    Stay away from this hotel! Everything is very dirty: walls, carpet, curtains! On the upper floors water flowed from the ceiling. Don't de fooled by the presentation, it has nothing to do with reality! Terrible, terrible, terrible!!!

    It supposed to be a 4* hotel but The hotel is very old and dirty, the floor and walls are stained. Looks like there was a war. In general it is pretty clean ( the bed is fine) but i would not return here

    I now know why Christopher Columbas left Genoa. To avoid the hotel named after him.

    Terrible hotel. For workmen only. Breakfast non existent. A croissant with a drink. No facilities. It should not be classified as 4 stars. Only 2 stars until renovation work is done and new management installed..

    Terrible hotel and definitely NOT 4 star. Rooms are very old and in disrepair and a long distance from town. 20 euros to get there from train station. No tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. Extra charge for tea and coffee. Tiny TV and Italian only on all channels. Reception staff disinterested in customers. Food at breakfast very very basic. One of the worse hotels I have ever stayed in.

    Everything is bad and looks old. The madres in bed is lumpy and pillow is just worn out. Carpet with big spots and worn. Breakfast is very minimal. You have to pay for wi-fi. Will not recommend this to anyone. The four star is NOT true.
