    So central, very lovely hotel

    This is a very lovely hotel extremely close to bars, restaurants, train, water and grocery. We were on tour and stayed 3 nights. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The hotel was quiet and so central. Breakfast was quite good. Dinner was a miss for us. Again, numerous options for dining, shopping, ATM, ferry in area.

    The Europa Hotel in Rapallo delivers a polished, welcoming stay with the kind of consistency that makes a real difference. The hotel stands out for its outstanding service, spotless spaces, and a front desk team that handles every interaction with professionalism and warmth. Mateo and the reception staff deserve special recognition for creating a smooth, attentive, and genuinely guest-focused experience.I am really surprised to read the negative reviews as we had a very clean room. We had a wonderful stay at the Europa Hotel in Rapallo. From arrival to departure, everything felt well organized and thoughtfully managed. The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout, and the service was truly outstanding.

    Located in the city Centre and closed by the beach. Hotel have as well their private car parking which is a plus. Rooms are quiet new and large. Good value for money. Breakfast was quiet good too. Staff friendly. I will definitely book it again on my next visit to Rapallo

    Excellent location especially for the people who are going to use the ferry services to Portofino. Lots of great restaurants and bars at walking distance. 10 minute walk to train station. Hotel is very clean and nice. Breakfast is ordinary.

    They treat you worse than a beggar

    This hotel mainly catering for European Tour groups. For individual travellers you are likely given inferior accommodations. In my room the shower is leaking although the Management denies it! The room has no temperature control and was extremely hot and the manager only tells you to switch off the heater and open the window even your room is on street level ! The female manager is so unfriendly and treated your complaint as a joke. The Wi-Fi works poorly and there are building site right in front of the hotel! The worst part is, if you are Asian or Chinese in origin, I definitely recommend you NOT to stay here. 如果你是亞洲人或是中國人，他們會給你一個很不禮貌的對待，他們對你的投訴會不理，也不會用任何方法幫助你解決。這酒店外邊有很多建築工程，雖然是溫泉酒店，但是如果用這個設施，要另外給18歐羅。
