    Nice hotel. Comfortable, clean and quiet room. Good location for railway station and town. Nice breakfast. Good service. Great location for ferry service to Portofino and Rapallo. Santa Margherita Ligure is a lovely little town with nice shops and restaurants.

    Wonderful stay at Hotel Jolanda. We particularly wanted to point out the exceptional staff at the hotel, including kitchen staff, cleaning and reception. The breakfast was the best continental breakfast either of us had ever had, with incredible selection, constant service and cleanliness. We highly recommend staying here.

    ?????????? Excellent Stay – One of Our Best in ItalyFantastic location, just a five-minute walk to the ferry and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. The rooms were excellent — honestly some of the best we’ve stayed in during our time in Italy.The service was outstanding, breakfast was very good, and we really couldn’t fault anything about our stay.A special mention for the valet service: even after we had checked out, they kindly allowed us to leave our car with them while we took the ferry and didn’t return until later in the day. That made everything so easy for us.Excellent location, wonderful rooms, and genuinely helpful service. Absolutely no complaints — all praise from us. We would definitely stay here again!

    Fantastic hotel. great location, close to the sea and all amenities. Nice staff, small bar but great cocktails! Very comfortable beds! Highly recommend for family and friends stays!

    We have stayed at Hotel Jolanda many times over the past 14 years. We continue to come back because we like that it is a boutique hotel and in a very convenient location. We had a junior suite and it was fantastic.Breakfast is OK with a reasonable selection. Quality was average. We had always previously being very happy with the staff. This was the longer the case. Two men at the desk were not friendly during check-in and failed to greet us any time we walked by, even when we greeted them. The lady who was at the desk when we left was very pleasant and helpful. We also used the valet parking service, which is great, although the valet himself not pleasant.Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much, but having staff that seem to care about the guests a little more would’ve made this a great stay
