    Quiet location but close to town

    Lovely hotel not far from city center - definitely walkable but there is a little uphill walk and/or needed to get there. Rooms were spacious, breakfast plentiful with a full variety of sweet and savory offerings. Sandro was vey helpful with suggestions. Parking lot on site, pool and indoor dining room and outdoor breakfast area.

    Stayed at the Hotel Villa Anita to celebrate my wife's birthday. We had a wonderful experience. The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The breakfast is amazing with so many choices. We could easily walk into town with a short walk along the harbor to the train station and ferries. This is a great place to stay to hop the train to the Cinque Terre. it's also a beautiful walk along the waterfront to Portofino. Santa Margherita is a beautiful city with plenty of great restaurants and great shopping. We will definitely be returning.

    Wonderful experience at Hotel Villa Anita. Thanks to Sandro and his wonderful staff we had a lovely experience. Sandro gave us time on arrival to outline what we could do during our stay and was always courteous and cheerful when we made any queries. The breakfasts were delicious and thanks to Cristal and Rosanna for looking after us every morning. Rooms were always very clean and bright and we had a lovely outside space. It was approx a 10/15 minute walk into the centre. May no be the hotel for someone with mobility issues due to hill back up from town.Looking forward to a return visit in the future Marie and Phil

    This hotel is magical! Sandro was very helpful and gave us wonderful recommendations. The room was very well kept, the bed comfortable and even had a dyson blowdryer! The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of food and drink. The location is perfect with a couple minute walk to the beach. We can’t wait to come back!

    This little hotel goes above its 3* rating to make your stay special. The breakfast selection is incredible and everything is delicious and beautifully presented. The bedrooms and foyers immaculately clean with a beautiful fragrance throughout. The staff are super friendly and incredibly helpful. They sit patiently and help you plan any trips you wish to take. Detailing times of boats and trains and giving meticulous details. The location is great. Just 5-10 mins walk from the seafront albeit a rather steep hill. Pet friendly. My only criticisms are the swimming pool was more of a plunge pool with a spa style hot tub taking up almost half. Our room was nicely furnished with a lovely private terrace but had modular shelves and rails instead of a wardrobe. Definitely a hotel to consider if visiting this beautiful part of Italy.
