    We don't offer five stars often: It has to be special - and we do not want to overtourist these wonderful places. Mondial will propably not be overtouristed as it is too small - on top of a little hill, friendly staff (mostly), extremely rich breakfast, good prices. The missing star for the rooms: the rooms that don't go to the sea go to the busy railway tracks...

    When booking on the hotel's site, the website was at one point a few minutes 5-6 later, no longer accessible. Called hotel with question. Hotel said Icould book online. So logged in again and the price for our room was €20 more expensive in one go! I sent a printout of the price v few minutes earlier but answer was : Price can change every day. My experience; Hotel quickly adjusts prices if they see/notice someone is searching on a certain date! Very bad experience in line with other bad reviews.

    Rooms on the sea side have a nice view and on the other side of hotel you have the railway very noise. Hotel need a deep restyling, looks old and not kept well. Particulary bad internet connection and air con. Staff not very friendly

    Hotel is nice, clean and very well located in Moneglia. Nice big pool, nice rooms.Staff at the breakfast service and cleaning was very nice.At the reception it was incredibly unfriendly and arrogant. Left a bit of a bitter taste.

    Excellent Hotel! Amazing for the price. Location is perfect! 5 minute walk to the station, easy access to Cinque Terre. Room was spacious and clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast was the best free breakfast we had had on the trip! The staff were incredibly helpful, our car battery was dead and they luckily had jump cables and helped us get going again. Highly highly recommend this hotel!
