  We were very happy with our stay in this hotel. It's a basic hotel but has a good location and everything was as described.It offers breakfast but we found a nice cafe around the corner which was very reasonable priced.

  About a 5 minute walk from the train station and situated across from the cruise terminal and in the heart of the shopping area. The receptionist was so helpful she photocopied some thing I needed. Rooms were cosy, warm and very clean. Loved the shutters and once they were closed you didn't hear the traffic down below. Will definitely stay here again

  Please avoid this hotel at all costs. We found ourselves here by mistake when we were on a Flixbus that had a 5 hour stop that we didnt anticipate. It was pouring rain and we had to find somewhere to stay until the next bus came and this hotel was very close and the deskman said there was room available. We were in a group of 5 and he wouldnt let us all stay in one room so we booked a quadruple and a double room (which was ridiculous). The quadruple room ended up having enough space for all of us so it was absurd we had to spend the money on the extra room. I cannot emphasize enough not to stay here. It was absolutely disgusting. The room smelled foul and the bed was untouchable. We put towels down on the bed and slept on top of those because the quilt was so dirty. Everything smelled like ketchup and rotting animal. The towels clearly had not been washed either but they were a tad cleaner than the comforter. There was hair on the walls in the bedroom and the shower, there was also glitter on the walls that looked like it had been caked on there for years. I have never been as happy as I was when it was time to leave the place. The hotel is not clean and not safe. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

  One of the WORST hotels I have ever been

  This probably one of the worst hotels I have even been in my life. The structure is VERY old, beds are not comfortable, the room is so small you can't move, hygiene is terrible (found some strange hairs stuck to the wall), very noise in the morning due to the lack of sound protection in the walls, and THE WORST OF ALL, be prepared to be baked alive, the air conditioning (which barely works when its ON because it is as old as the hotel) will be shut off the most period of the day, even when temperatures outside the room is more than 95°F. According to one person of the staff, they had instructions to turn off the air conditioning, specially at night. Me as a guest, could let pass so much of these problems, but denying the basic (temperature control) in the rooms is an absolute absurd. Not to mention you will pay almost 70 euros for a night, which is OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE compared to the quality of the accomodation you will recieve in return. Definitely a 2 stars hotel, with prices of a 4 star.

  Well....always ask for room at a superior floor. Harbour view. Otherwise the view is not so appealing. Breakfast for 5 euro. It s ok. Very close to cruise terminal , very close to piazza principe railway station and metro. Othervise, clean .
