  The structure is really beautiful: elegant, clean and cared for in every detail. The restaurant offers gourmet cuisine with excellent flavors, accompanied by very well prepared cocktails. The waiting staff stands out for its attention and professionalism, making the dining experience truly enjoyable.The room was very nice and comfortable; a small inconvenience with the shower was promptly resolved by the staff, who proved extremely efficient. Despite this unexpected, the attention and courtesy of the staff made the stay pleasant. Special praise also goes to the reception, always friendly and helpful.With a few more tricks, this structure has all the credentials to become really perfect.   Brand new hotel with a super original style! Located in the heart of Rapallo and on the seafront with secure parking in the structure opposite. Comfortable and spacious room with spectacular views directly to the sea! Staff extremely helpful. Top experience also in the HEY restaurant where we had a great breakfast complete with every dish!   We stayed at this hotel for the first time. Fabulous welcome, kindness and above all a lot of professionalism from Mrs. Rami. Private secure parking. Max availability 'also by Mr. Luca. Room very nice and above all clean. A truly overnight stay with all the comforts, from the mini bar to the capsule coffee maker. Breakfast very varied from sweet to savory. Delicious homemade cakes and coffee from the well-known brand Illy. To return soon.   Perfect stay! We spent only one night in this hotel in Rapallo, but it was enough to fall in love. Beautiful structure, attention to detail, really luxurious.The staff is super friendly and helpful: they explained everything with kindness and made us feel pampered from the first moment.A gesture that we really appreciated was the handwritten welcome message, which is now rare and a package with three mini pandoro / Christmas cakes to take home, sweet thought!Breakfast is plentiful, varied and of excellent quality. The room comfortable and spotless, among other things on the return from dinner we found it again arranged .. a real surprise, never happened before! I would also add that their bath products (shampoo, conditioner, bubble bath, etc.) smell great! Very convenient also the private garage of the hotel, with car parking service, moreover they also allowed us to leave the car a few more hours after check-out. I mean, everything's perfect.   Try it!!! it's worth it

  Magnificent surprise! Hotel of the highest level, in a "spatial" position facing the Gulf of Tigullio. Modern and elegant furnishings. Staff at reception very courteous and welcoming. Room not very large but perfect with balcony, sea view. Bar and restaurant a must try! Absolutely impeccable service, all kind and smiling and helpful. Beautiful experience.
