This hotel lies right on a main road in the heart of Santa Margherita, just a few metres from a pebble beach gently that gently slopes into the water.

The hotel has a lift and features 68 rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Services such as a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (for a fee). The rooms have a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds are available upon request for a fee. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include bed and breakfast and half board. Breakfast, lunch and a dinner à la carte delight guests with culinary treats and a wide variety of dishes. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, children's meals and lactose-free food on the table will delight guests' palates. For an extra charge, the chefs will also prepare vegetarian dishes and vegan food. Baby food is available upon request (for an extra charge). The hotel also offers special catering options. Alcoholic beverages are available for an additional fee.     Top service and a comfortable clean room

    The hotel is beautiful styled in Jugendstil and is located about 10 minutes walk from the city center. They offer valet parking for a reasonable price, which we appreciated with our car full of holiday luggage. We stayed for 2 days; the room was comfortable, clean and came with a mini bar, an actual working AC, a safe and the possibility to make tea and coffee.The staff was very friendly and provided top service: We told we needed the car at check out at 6.00 in the morning. That was no issue and as that time would be too early for breakfast, they offered to make 2 breakfast boxes for us. And indeed, the car was there at 6.00 and the boxes ready at the counter. We dined one evening in the Tralalero restaurant in the next doors Savoia hotel: we really enjoyed our meals and we were surprised by the moderate prices on the menu. Was there nothing to improve? Well, the switch between hand shower and rain shower did not work and the bathroom sliding door did not slide smoothly. Nevertheless, this will be our hotel when we visit Genova again.     Great location next to train station. Good value booked direct with hotel and upgraded room. Quirky fish wallpaper, huge comfy bed and room great size.. Good breakfast selection. Enjoyed Evening meals in trattoria restaurant. Menu not extensive but what we had was very good snd not pricey. Staff very helpful.     Excellent hotel, lovely large room, the staff are helpful. You take breakfast (and the bar or restaurant if you want) in the linked sister hotel which is very grand. Breakfast is lovely.A great location, right by the train station for connections (including airport velobus) and a 10/20 minute walk to town.
