    Dear Team at Tower Genova Airport - Hotel & Conference Center,I wanted to thank you for a wonderful stay from November 30th to December 1st, 2025. The hotel was extremely comfortable, with a fantastic location near the airport, and the breakfast was delightful. I would especially like to thank Ilaria, who was kind, spoke excellent English, and was incredibly helpful.I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling from the UK.     A nightmare!!

    Location good - however it was a very bad experience staying for just one night. Hotel is very dated. The wardrobe door was hanging off. The inside lock on my door didn’t work and in spite of assurances that maintenance would investigate - nothing was done about it. I was told to use the safety chain. Had to wait for at least 15- 20 minutes to be served at the bar every time - and got charged different prices for the same drink. Lots of mosquitos in bar and reception area. Lighting in the rooms was either dazzling or nothing. Lifts were not working so we were told to use the goods lift which were scary and didn’t work properly either. Didn’t eat there as I didn’t trust the food.

    I was actually really worried about staying here having read the reviews. In fact it was Very Clean and quiet. The only issue was my room smelled of smoke. I was too tired to go and have my room changed Easy 3 minute walk to airport. Just come out of the hotel make sure you cross over to a path that leads straight down to the airport. Wouldn’t have any hesitation in returning

    Easy check in, large clean rooms. Polite staff. Great service from the maître d' , pretty damned decent food out of the restaurant, and good value to boot. All in all, this hotel is worth a far better rating than it currently has. For the money, fantastic value.

    Little getaway in Italy!

    3 day trip to Genoa. Picked hotel due to proximity to airport. 3 min walk out of terminal. Easy connections by bus to main train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Stayed on 8th floor with view of the port. Not noisy considering airport is right opposite. Good amenities in room including coffee machine & fridge. Very spacious room.
