  Amazing staff and wonderful property

  We absolutely loved every aspect of this beautiful property - the well kept grounds, fantastic pools, spacious and clean apartments, comfortable beds, powerful showers and lovely shaded areas. But the real gem of this place is the staff. They made our stay truly special with their warmth, kindness and genuine hospitality. They were always so helpful, attentive and friendly, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We will always look back on our time here with such lovely memories, and we would absolutely love to return one day. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful! Kinga and Sam ??   Everything is very old already and the apartments on the first floor are really disadvantaged

  We habe booked „Apartamento superior“, the foto was with the roofed terrace on the ground floor. We got an apartment on the first floor with completely open terrace: the sun comes in starting 13:00 o‘clock and during the rain everything was soaked. At the same time people that booked the same snd had the terrace on the ground floor were enjoying their tome while it was raining. We asked the lady at the reception twice - she was not interested in providing us another room.The apartment is really very basic that ‚superior‘ according to European standards: no air-conditioning, a mini TV, old bathroom (opposite the table on the terrace!). The sport areas (badketball, volleyball, tennis) are very-very old and do not motivate to play. The pool is working only 09:00 to 19:00. We survived but will not return :(

  Villa Superior Apartment???Dirty bathroom grout - the shower curtain hangs inside the shower space where you need to stand.Can't sit properly on the toilet because there is a radiator in the way.The smallest kitchen imaginable—really poorly laid out and very sparsely equipped (e.g., no wine glasses, in a country where people drink wine every day - no sharp knives).Didn't see the bike rental open once in five days.The restaurant visit was a mixed experience: the food was okay (pizza was best) and the staff were friendly, but the fact that one of us didn't get their food until 20 minutes after the others had finished eating is simply unacceptable. Other guests waited 40 minutes for the last person in their group to be served.Restaurant wine selection: only one type of white wine—which doesn't match what is stated on their website (menu).Air conditioning doesn't work, even though travel agencies claim it is available.Overall, the site/area seems worn down; not a place I would visit again. Our accommodations have different characteristics, sizes and equipment, indicated on the website and during the booking process; however, we understand that some spaces, such as bathroom and kitchenette, may be less practical than personal needs.As for kitchen facilities, the accommodations are provided with basic accessories proportionate to the expected number of guests. Wine glasses are not among the standard equipment, but we take note of his suggestion, as well as the observations regarding utensils.We also regret what was reported about the bathroom and air conditioning. A report during the stay would have allowed us to carry out the appropriate checks promptly and intervene where possible, especially in the event of any malfunctions or specific needs.As for the restaurant, we are happy that you appreciated the courtesy of the staff and part of the proposal, but we are sorry for the waiting times encountered. During peak periods, service may take longer, but we understand the inconvenience caused by inconsistent flow management.   Shows for KIDS starting at 22:00 ...bit late

  we went end of august, which makes a difference i think because it was very quiet - not many people around so always space by the pools for as many deckchairs as you wished and at any time of the day. Maybe it was different if we had gone early August.Pros:- the views are stunning and the terrace for an aperol is lovely- breakfast is gr8 if you like to fill your own croissants with cream/Nutella/jam/pistachio and they have savoury stuff too. and yoghurts and hams, fruit, etc. Coffee is very good. We did the 10GBP breakfast and felt it was worth it if you eat a lot like us to keep you going until mid-afternoon.- 3 pools- restaurant onsite: we did pizza and a salad (neither were good/tasty and they were pricey ... but it was onsite so easy to access)- activities: some for everyone. we played games, did aqua gym, went to the evening shows and the kids sessions.Cons:- the gym is dreadful if you go hoping to do cardio. nothing works. If you know how to use weights, then it's fine. Bench-press, barbells, etc. But it's difficult for the average gym-goer to know how to use these things without hurting themselves so i think they should make it accessible to all and add some working cardio (treadmill, rowing machine, cross trainer, bike). They have plenty of space!- bugs in the pools all the time. They don't keep them clean.- the shows start at 22:00...for kids! This might be OK for italian kids, but not the average child that is exhausted by 9pm.- breakfast is not replenished fast enough. Day 1 eggs finished and so did bacon. Your comments regarding the gym are very important: we understand the need for more accessible equipment and we will carefully consider your suggestions to improve the cardio facilities.We also regret that the pools did not appear as clean as they should. Regular cleaning and maintenance are carried out several times a day, but we are aware that in a natural environment insects can sometimes reappear quickly. That said, your experience shows us that our efforts were not sufficient, and we will strengthen both the frequency of checks and the presence of staff dedicated to ensuring that water quality and cleanliness are always at their best.We appreciate your note about the evening shows starting late for children; we understand that this may not suit all families and will take it into account when planning our programmes.
