  Appalling Customer Service and Broken Promises – Not 4-Star Quality**Terrible service, unhelpful staff, and complete lack of internal communication.**We booked a Saturday night stay at Aregai Residence Hotel and decided overnight to extend our stay for another night. The night receptionist explicitly assured us that the new room was available and that we could transition directly into it without waiting for the standard 4:00 PM check-in time.Trusting their word, we checked out of our first room at 11:00 AM. We have now been waiting for over three hours in 32°C heat. The main reason we extended our stay was to keep our dog in a cool, fresh environment. Instead, because of this hotel's incompetence, our dog has been suffering in the stifling heat at the beach for hours.As returning guests who were simply doing a room change, we were given absolutely zero priority. I fully understand that rooms need to be cleaned and that standard check-in is at 4:00 PM, but when a hotel representative makes a promise, it should be honored—or at the very least, prioritized.The customer service from Valeria at the front desk was absolutely awful. She was incredibly rude, completely unaccommodating, and spoke to us with a hostile tone that you would never expect from a 4-star establishment. When we brought up what the night receptionist told us, her response was, *"It depends on who was on reception at the time."* This is completely unacceptable. In a 4-star hotel, staff should be aligned, aware of policies, and accountable for what their colleagues promise guests.To make matters worse, the lack of service extends to the beach kiosk. While the beach itself is lovely, the kiosk staff desperately need customer service training. The cocktails are highly overpriced for being nothing special, and they were missing ingredients for several drinks as well as many of the advertised ice creams.This experience has been incredibly disappointing. We paid for a 4-star experience but were treated with disrespect and poor organization. I will not tolerate being spoken to or treated this way, and we will not be returning. Shame really as the beach was lovely

  It's a very nice place but in no way a "4-STAR RESORT" for Honeymooners. The pictures are very deceiving, and I swear some of these reviews were unavailable prior to my booking June 2022. $420/night! This is a residence, not a resort. It feels very sterile and cold. Luckily I was able to get out of the rest of our stay after a few somewhat intense conversations with the staff. Luckily one of the receptionists seemed to understand our issue/disappointment/confusion and spoke to the owner about cancelling the rest of our stay. There is really no nightlife or tourist type shops anywhere. The restaurant in the Marina parking lot was actually very good! Breakfast in the morning was very good as well. We went back to Nice.

  Don't book apartments, they won't clean them

  We're paying premium money for a 4-star hotel, just to learn that they only clean the apartment on arrival. If you want extra cleaning, then you pay extra. This is definitely not the service I would expect from a 4-star hotel! If you have any chance of staying at another place, please do so!   Worst restaurant services!!

  I habe been here for 10 days with my family.I tried to have breakfast one morning in on the terrase downstairs and the services were horrible.One waitress with a tattoo on the neck was so rude, she almost crashed the plates on my table, she was having such bad temper, and then, to lunch, she had the same bad attitude, another customers were angry on her and kept complaining.After that, i didn't had breaksfast anymore there and looked to other places to eat, even though it was hard with 2 small kids. At dinner, we ordered and waited for 1h30 for somebody to call on us to pick it up and bring it to the room. And i can continue..Services in the restaurant are the worst i have ever experienced.
