It's a lovely hotel just outside San Remo. Nice rooms with great bathroom. Good WiFi and a beautiful view from the balcony. Easy to walk into central town and close to the beach.

Our little piece of heaven

Back home after spending another 10 days in this lovely hotel . We were here in May -June this year and loved it so much we had to return. Once again it lived up to our expectations. Lovely room with all amenities and a great nights sleep due to quiet location. Breakfast was excellent and serviced outside under the canopy by lovely friendly staff. Always had a chat and a laugh with the lovely Vincenzo and the lovely Tatiana. The pool area is gorgeous plenty of loungers and again very peaceful and relaxing. Coffees drinks and lunch served during the day and an excellent dinner in the evening if you so desired. There is a short hill from the hotel to the beach but this was not an issue for us. The beautiful beach is a few minutes walk from the hotel. Sunbeds and umbrellas 25 euros for two for the full day and a very good bar.San Remo is a busy town lovely architecture and great pedestrian streets with shops and restaurants everywhere. Our favourite is La Vita e Bella beside the casino. Great fish and steaks with excellent staff.The little old town is magical and really brings you back to days gone by. The port is worth a visit and Rue Gaudio is in full swing in the evenings a visit to the wine bar and the gin bar are a must.Great market on Wednesday and Saturdays and lots to see and do in this great town. Only downside is the busy road with lots of Vespas so caution is needed at the Crossings. We would certainly recommend a visit and especially a stay at hotel Paradiso.

Lovely hotel in perfect position to explore Sanremo

A very nice, quiet hotel which is well situated to enjoy the town of Sanremo. Very friendly and helpful staff, and an excellent onsite restaurant. We booked direct to ensure the best rate, and also to secure a top floor room which is optimal to enjoy the sea view. Breakfast was perfect for us with a good selection of cold cuts, cheeses, fruit and cakes. People who want to pile their plate with a massive cooked breakfast might be disappointed. The pool was a real bonus, although too deep for my wife - there's no shallow end !

Stands up to its name a little paradise.

Just home from a week in this wonderful family run hotel. I cannot praise it enough. The location was amazing just up a small hill off the main road surrounded by beautiful gardens and so peaceful. You will certainly have a good nights sleep. We booked a room over looking the swimming pool and our balcony table had a tablecloth first time ever!!! Our was lovely very comfy bed great shower and I cannot praise Nanda our housekeeping lady who looked after us so well. Breakfast was excellent great selection served under the canopy on the terrace with very friendly and helpful staff. Dinner was served every evening and we availed of it twice. Again it was excellent served under the watch full eye of Vincenzo who we enjoyed a chat with everyday. Pool area was gorgeous plenty of loungers and drinks served all day, The hotel is spotless a very short walk to beach and town. We will definitely be back.

Hotel Paradiso Sanremo

San Remo is a big bustling lively town and it was a bit more lively than we had expected when we arrived by train and our taxi driver weaved in and out of a constant stream of motor cycles and heavy traffic to take us to the Hotel Paradiso. Amazingly the hotel and grounds were comparatively peaceful and detached , surrounded by tall palm trees and set back from the busy sea frontage .. The Hotel Paradiso is very traditional … a little bit old fashioned in a nice way and we were very pleased with our room which was really spacious with a great big balcony overlooking a pretty little swimming pool and the sea . Breakfast was good if you stuck to the continental selection of fresh bread and cakes, ham and cheeses but they don’t seem to understand how to cook scrambled eggs. These were stone cold on the first day and lukewarm on the second .. we did bring it the attention of the cream jacketed maitre d’ but he wasn’t very concerned and made excuses about the electricity going off .The hotel does serve lunch and dinner but the menu was a bit restricted and it was very quiet in the evenings .. There was also a huge choice of places to eat out in San Remo including some really good restaurants and so we ate there most nights.Pool area and swimming pool were lovely and clean and a godsend because it was really really hot . There were free towels and every drink came with little snacks which was really nice .Loads of stuff going on in the big town all day and night including the Sanremo Casino where you can just wander in a have a look around and some grand buildings like the eye catching Russian Church adorned with gilded domes and crosses …We had a good holiday here and I would recommend the hotel for comfort, cleanliness, location and the swimming pool ..
