    To be defined as Shameful!!! A nightmare experience!!!Staff referring to the short-haired Ms. John Johnson, ofI an endless racism... really ashamed... for how she turned to girls... (I ask her but she is the owner?! He says no but I do what I want!!! ) I who work closely with the public could never have such discriminatory and arrogant and racist attitudes towards customers!!. ps I refer to the owner be careful who you have at work!!!     Excellent cleanliness, well-kept rooms, abundant breakfast both sweet and savory and very kind staff...central location with respect to the beach and the course, easily accessible from the portto recommend absolutely!!!!!!!!     I came to this hotel with some of my friends. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the sea and places of interest. We were walking but had no difficulty getting to the beach. I would give a 10 only for breakfast, varied and with excellent products. Also the staff is very kind and friendly, I felt so welcomed despite it was my first experience in the hotel.     Good hotel in the area between Ischia port and bridge. With a walk you reach the bridge to the Aragonese castle and the beach. There is no lift and there are 2 floors which may be uncomfortable for luggage or for those with health problems.The terrace overlooking the castle is beautiful but since it is shared with other rooms it limits privacy or night rest in case of annoying neighbors.Average breakfast, average cuisine: you can definitely do better.All in all a good hotel without great pretensions.     I Was in room 44 from 8 to 9 april in this hotel. I enjoyed very much the kindness of the owners. Hotel is very clean, location perfect, breakfast delicious. I strongly recommand this place in Ischia. Very good ratio price/quality.
