    Enjoyable 10 nights stay!

    Very much enjoyed a relaxing stay in a room on the 2nd floor which was immaculately cleaned every day. Though it was sometimes a struggle negotiating the several flights of stairs it was worth it to have a quiet and comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the tree lined avenue and the sea in the distance. It was busy along this avenue in the daytime but quiet at night. The hotel gardens were lovely and the facilities excellent with heated indoor and outdoor pools and jacuzzis plus steam room and sauna . Plenty of sunloungers around the outdoor pool and other very comfortable seating areas dotted around the grounds, it was most relaxing. To top it all the staff were so friendly and welcoming …all of them from the receptionists to the dining room staff, bar staff , cleaners and groundsman were very much appreciated. Overall we enjoyed the food, there was plenty of it though sometimes a scrabble ensued at the salad bar when the bus tour guests were queuing even before the dining room doors opened! The hotel is pleasantly situated and only a short walk to bus stops and a little further to the local beach one way or into Forio the other way. For us it was in an ideal situation. We thoroughly recommend a stay here.

    Thanks for the amazing holiday at your lovely hotel we enjoyed every day we where there, Staff did a brilliant job looking after everyone,room comfortable and very clean maids done a great job bar man Emanuele very entertaining and good banter , Also a big thank you to Giusi who was very helpful and put up with my Husband asking lots of questions, and not to forget the restuarant staff who were run off there feet.     Spent a week here, the hotel was spotless, the staff excellent. The pool steam room etc were a great place to relax. Only one complaint, the food, we ate out on a couple of occasions, the food especially meat was overcooked. Selection not brilliant.

    Lovely holiday to Forio

    HSF Is a well run hotel with many positives. It is exceptionally clean. The receptionist Guiles along with the others were very helpful and knowledgeable. Our only disappointment was the food which we felt was often overcooked. Breakfast was ok but nothing special, we felt the bar was very stark and not inviting to guests. A problem with our bathroom was dealt with very quickly and efficiently.

    Small, more boutique style hotel in a great location. The cleanliness was off the scale, all around the hotel was utterly spotless. Our rooms were serviced daily and again were left absolutely perfect.Lovely pool area, not too busy so no fighting for sun beds. Drinks service was efficient.Now round to the service - simply perfect. So friendly and helpful, especially the young lady on reception nothing was too much.Really recommend this hotel and we will be back.
