    Poor services and security

    Upon arrival, still tired from the trip they immediately asked us to pay the balance, then the hot water did not arrive, Dining room very very full of tables, zero security in case of evacuation.     I booked hotel Tina with more than 10 days before departure by sending as requested the deposit of € 100. The evening before the day of departure I receive a phone call from a lady of an agency (I can't remember the name) that manages the reservations, who communicated that for logistical reasons my booked room was not available and they had no others to assign. Therefore I was diverted to the Fortuna Beach hotel in Casamicciola (no longer in Ischia Porto). Also, to convince me, they would enclose drinks with full board. As I cannot do otherwise, I reluctantly agree.The Fortuna Beach hotel was a run-down property, very far from the three stars. Average food. Staff very helpful and courteous.     Ischia and beautiful to visit.I'll just tell you what was in the contract and turned out to be inaccurate.Sauna: non-existentPool Jacuzzi:not workingThermal pool: dirty (and thermal loco)Room at 20 meters: minimum 60 all uphillLunch time: 8/9 breakfast, 13/14 lunch, 20/21 dinner , woe to arrive 2 minutes late you risk lynching.Welcomed at the Reception with arrogance and rudeness.Cleaning rooms almost non-existentFood: good and varied (meat and fish)Location:good ,500 meters from the center ,800 meters from the bus terminal and 800 meters from the sea.     Simple and informal hotel. Clean and beautiful rooms, recently renovated, ours with entrance in front of the pool, which is a blue pearl in a lovely place. Kitchen with 1 dish to choose from 2 first course, 2 second course and dessert options. Eaten a lot, there is no buffet, but both cooked and raw vegetables are featured in rotation on the menu, all fresh local products. Staff always kind and polite, ready to go out of their way to help.
