  DO NOT BOOK THIS. No aircon. We have never been to a hotel where the room was as dirty as Hotel Villa Panoramica. It seemed that the room had not been cleaned for a long time. Especially the bathroom was completely disgusting, and neither the towels nor the bed linen was clean. We had booked the hotel for three days, and left after the first night, as it was so bad.The breakfast was at a place quite far away from Villa Panoramica. Awful service and you can only chose dry buns.

  Very good and helpful customer service. Nice hospitality. Clean room. Very near to beach, restaurants, cafes, shops, bus stop. Quiet and calm.

  We were due to stay here for a 2 night stay, but due to cancellations of all ferries due to bad weather conditions on sea our arrival was delayed by one day and eventually only stayed here for one night, but maybe this was our luck we didn't have spend two nights at this horrific place. it's announced as a budget hotel which is fine, but that doesn't mean that a minimum service level has to be guaranteed and at Villa Panoramica this is definately not:- Communication (via whatsapp) prior to arrival was very rude and unfriendly and definately no empathy shown.- On arrival this was even worse and in my opinion the staff member that was present had a very negative attitude: when we gave the name of the reservation a big suspire was made and have us the feeling we weren't very welcome there. We were given the keys and apparantly the half board that was booked initially was now non existent. (maybe a trick not to offer it). After showing the confirmation we were given the vouchers for breakfast and diner (the hotel doesn't offer this themselves, but at different locations in the near vicinity of the hotel) and given the names of the places, but with no further information on where you could find them.- As we were one day late arriving I understand that due to the non refundable booking there would be no compensation on the room reservation, but asked if at least the diner of the lost night could be used for lunch the following day ... three hours later this was approved.- The room itself was a real scam, to be honest the worst experience ever happened to me, pictures on the website are nothing compared to the reality. Room with mold, dirty and definately not following health and safety regulations (no smoke detectors, no fire alarm, etc). You definately can classify as a budget hotel, but also in a budget hotel some cleaning and service standards should be met and this is definately not the case here. Terrible sanitary and hygienic conditions.- Prior to arrival we were advised the room was overlooking the garden, which in reality was overlooking the terraces and buildings of the neighbours.- Overgrown garden, dirty road and full of insects - the garden definately needs urgently some maintenance.- On departure you leave your luggage, not in a locked room and only to find out when we came to collect it in the afternoon that it was just left there unattended with no member of staff present and with the doors of the hotel wide open.Our positive points of Villa Panoramica was the location, the places where we were able to have breakfast and diner. Unfortunately the rest was very disappointing including the unqualified staff member we met (only met one).In a few words avoid this hotel!!!!!!! And definately don't choose for the non refundable offers, so at least you can change your mind when realizing this is nothing compared to what's offered on their webpage.

  I had the most amazing time staying in this hotel for 21 nights. I was so happy with the room I was given (26) which had a balcony and a beautiful sea view. This was a single room and I really liked how authentic it was which I felt, matched the style of Ischia perfectly! The room was always spotless as it was cleaned daily by a lovely, friendly cleaner. I always felt safe and comfortable here and it was good to have such a nice person at reception who was so helpful and always had a chat with me :) For me the character of the hotel made it and my favourite part was the garden with gorgeous flowers and plants and areas to sit. I couldn’t believe how close the hotel was to beaches, shops, restaurants, cafes etc and this combined with the friendly community of Ischia for me, made it the most perfect place to stay! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for making me feel so welcome ❤️.

  Pleasant hotel in good position

  Pros - well positioned, clean , lovely view, really helpful ladies on the desk, two/three minutes from beach ( next to Bagno Lucia).Cons - basic 3 star hotel, no balcony, big comfortable bed, telly we never watched (Out of choice), and that was it pretty much. Breakfast was in town high street and was a pastry and two drinks. Really enjoyable, plugged in with locals, excellent coffee, juice and pastry. Lovely waking up experience. Overall knew this would not be a holiday for being budget conscious, the hotel was not cheap for what it was but absolutely fine, being in a position on the beach, peaceful and when you wanted help or advice the desk ladies were really relaxed and very helpful. Hotel was full but quiet and with all the things to see we slept well there every night.Glad we visited the island, organised our own transfer, Naples airport, alibus, hydrofoil quay each way, ferry 20 euros single. Bedded areas on beach wanted 30 euro the pair so went were the locals sat. No real supermarkets, so prices high, plenty of places to eat.Good experience in a pretty functional hotel with lovely gardens in a prime position for Ischia Ponte.
