  Stay in La Spezia and take the train to Cinque Terre

  GOOD:- The check-in system! We arrived super late (02h00) from Milan, and we had no worries! On the day before they sent us the code for the outside building door and a code for a lock where we would find our room key.- The room was spacious and with all the necessary amenities. The next morning, we asked for an iron and by the end of the day, it was in our room!- Breakfast! This was one of our concerns because we had read they didn't have much choice! First of all, you must understand that this is a BnB and not a hotel, but still, we were very pleased with the breakfast. Although it is mostly made up of sweets (it would be nice to have some bread) we cannot complain about the variety (milk, yogurt, coffee, fruit, cereals, toast, cakes, jams, etc).- The daily complimentary bottles of water in the fridge are a very nice touch!- Parking. We were able to park for free in the streets around the block from PM to AM, and during the day we would drive to the central train station and park the car there. We used EasyPark app to pay for the street parking, which enabled us to keep track of our parking costs and top up whenever necessary.- Market on the back of the building.BAD:- The curtains. They should definitely find a different system to block the light from entering the room.- Soundproofing. We could hear most of the noise coming from the street.

  We have stayed at this lovely a cosy apartment in la Spezia area and a great time! It was very clean and had everything in it that was needed for our holiday it was in a very calm place overlooking the city and the country side beautiful!The owner Federica is a delightful person and very helpful! She picked us up from the station a la Spezia central ( train station) when we arrived from Genoa ( our flight was London Genoa then the train to La Spezia central)Just what we need after a long day, she took the route to the apartment that the bus normally does ( there is a bus stop right outside the door) great food!   We found the room to be spacious, clean and comfortable. The owner was very helpful. The location was very convenient and we could walk everywhere. I recommend staying here to any tourist. Good value too!

  Don't the building exterior fool you, inside it is modern, clean, and luxurious. Close to many bus stops and the city centre. The shower was lovely. Provided breakfast included pastries, biscuits, cereal, fruit and coffee. Service was beyond what was expected with lots of nice wee touches like free juices and water in the fridge.

  These are small rooms, with private WC, located on a floor of a building ofhousing and commerce. Rooms are cleaned regularly. Breakfast served in small baskets, which are left in the morning at the apartments door. Well located in relation to the city, BUT VERY NOISY because on the ground floor is located a large warehouse that receives products from 5 in the morning.
