Location

The hotel is located in an ancient village perched on the hills of the lower Val di Magra valley, within walking distance of Lerici (reachable in just 3 minutes) and 2 km from the sea.     I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The water was cut off for more than 4 hours, and during this time the staff gave us no information or support, which meant we could not use the toilet or take a shower. When I contacted Booking.com and informed them that I wanted to leave, they gave me approval to check out. However, the hotel manager threatened me, saying they would not refund the payment and that they would charge the full amount. They even called me via WhatsApp unofficially, trying to handle things in an unprofessional way. The service is zero, the location is below average, and overall the experience was extremely unpleasant. I am still waiting for Booking.com to process the refund. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

    It’s very basic; should be a two-star. Actually it’s a house converted in rooms with tiny bathrooms (ours was, anyway). No plug in the basin, no fridge, not even a small bottle of water. It’s almost in the middle of nowhere and its surroundings (terrace, car parking area etc) need some TLC. You even have to sign a piece of paper saying you won’t steal from the breakfast buffet (I kid you not). There was only one coat hanger in our room and the hotel apparently had no spares. Oh dear.

    Very beautiful area, The hotel is little but very kind, You find nice people working in. The staff is available in the morning and in the early evening that was sufficient to us. All our needs could be fulfilled, they have good recommendation of were to go to eat, etc..This is the place to go if is is not important for you to be just nest to the sea.

    Nice hotel with great views and friendly staff. Typical sweet italian breakfast (sugar-added juices, brioches, fresh waffles... soy drink for muesli as a vegan option), unlogical corona rules in breakfast room.The sitting options outside not as clean and nice as shown on the very professional fotos on their website. Room was clean and perfect for a shorter stay. Balcony and view were great, although the balcony was not cleaned regularly, but no problem for us.

    The room was very clean with a nice view. Also the breakfast is very good and nice staff; only a car is required. There is a busstop but the bus doesn't go that often and a taxi to Lerici cost around 30€.
