    Comfortable Stay, Limited Parking

    Good location and comfortable hotel in the city center. The rooms are clean, quiet, and modern, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and the overall atmosphere is pleasant. The only downside is the hotel parking area, which is limited and narrow for larger cars, but nearby you can easily find a public parking area.

    The location was excellent, and the breakfast was very good. The reception area, lobby, and breakfast room were all quite impressive upon arrival. However, the room itself was disappointing and did not match the photos shown on Booking.com. It seemed outdated and in need of refurbishment, as if the pictures were taken when it was newly decorated but not updated since. Additionally, the air conditioning was not working. Because of the heat, we had to keep the window open at night, which led to significant noise and disrupted sleep.

    Reception Staff are Amazing

    We had booked a double room, but wanted to upgrade as the room was very small. The staff went out of their way to accomodate us and it was the Easter weekend. We got the upgrade for 4 of the 5 nights. As they could not do the 5 nights, they gave us breakfast for free. Ok so the last night was in a double room - small with lots of noise from the street- do yourself a favor and just book the upgraded deluxe rooms, it is worth itThe restaurant - no would not recomnend, the starter was so bad we did not eat(they did give us a reduction on the meal price) anyway I was up all night with tummy issues. But maybe just my bad luck.

    excellent gateway to cinque terre

    excellent location for cinque terre . 100m away from railway station .very friendly staff , clean and large room . breakfast was top qualitywith a huge choice of fruit , breads , cold cuts , cheese ,eggs .wifiworked well . we would return again as the cost was reasonable .     A GREAT hotel for the €!

    I’ve stayed in a LOT of hotels throughout Italy in this modest price range, and this one gives you a LOT for not too much $$!Rooms are 1st class as far as decor, amenities & comfort. One of the best “free” breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel in Italy and a very nice bar & lounge. Great location across from rail station. Excellent staff.
