    Hospitallity becomes reality !The entire staff combines professionalism with a personal touch and goes out of their way to make your holliday unique. As a result, the whole place breathes hospitality . Add a sublime location, tranquility, a superb sunset over the golf and a good restaurant to the mix and you get a unique experience.Everybody should, a least once in a lifetime, have an experience as we had in Relais & Spa Golfo Dei Poeti. It was a privilege to stay at your place, thanks to the entire team for their efforts and keep up the good work !

    So first things first - STUNNING views of Golfo di Poeti, truly spectacular. Also the breakfast is really good. But I’m sorry to say - those are the only things (except for the price) that even come close to the expectation of a five star hotel.At $1000 per night you should not expect old rooms, centrally controlled AC, no service at pool bar during days, limit of two towels per room etc. This is objectively not a 5 star resort. Apart from a great French waitress and some smiles from the receptionists and drivers, the service level is shockingly low (clearly a management issue) throughout the whole place. We asked for a banana for our son - no banana at the resort. We asked for a set up where our parents (staying at a hotel closeby) could stay at the pool with our son for an hour or two per day, they tried to charge €250 per day for this. We booked the spa (the place has SPA in its name so should be good, no?) and there are two showers and three small saunas, of which two didn’t work (any of the days).Finally, our final day we took it for granted that we could checkout and still spend a few hours at the pool - they wanted to charge additional €200 euros for this. An absolute joke. As a final crescendo, the final day offered shattered glass around the pool that no one did anything about. We told them three times but as with everything else, this understaffed, overpriced 2-3 star resort mostly looked confused and did nothing about it for an hour. This is at best a 4 star hotel with 3 star rooms, 2 star service, and 5 star prices.. We stayed 5 nights and would not do it again. Might be worth 1 night for the view and a nice breakfast, but at the price we paid this is a joke.

    A gem boutique hotel!

    If you’re anywhere in between Cinque Terre and Forte dei Marmi, you should consider taking the road less traveled to an escape from the ordinary to the extraordinary! The views beat those from the Splendido and arguably most other bay views from around the world! This boutique hotel will make you feel at home and happy that you haven’t overspent! We only had one night but made the absolute most of everything this gem can deliver from a beautiful dinner on the terrace overlooking the water, lovely breakfast service, massages, panoramic sauna, and cool down pool hang over some glasses of champagne! I would stay here again and happy it’s still one of this areas best kept secrets!

    Absolutely perfect. A wonderful hotel with 3 outstanding attributes; staff, service and the views.The staff were incredibly helpful when are car broke down in a nearby town, thank you. We had a gorgeous time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and we will definitely return.
