    Kindness and compassion

    Fabulous kindness shown today by Yuri and other staff.Foolishly we walked in the heat and my husband became unwell. Although we were not staying at this beautiful looking hotel, they gave us water etc and phoned a taxi for us. They also offered us food. I think this shows the character of the staff and says so much about them as humans. I would not hesitate to book here.

    Beautiful place, huge rooftop terrace with sunlounges and wonderful view. Nice restaurant with very good food. The girl at the reception was super welcoming and helpful, the one at the restaurant not so much tho ☺️ A bit disapointed when at 10.15 they told me that the breakfast is over when it was supposed to finish at 10.30 (that's what is written everywhere) but I was trying to eat less so it was not a big problem for me.     This Hotel needs some attention but lovely setting.

    Firstly, this whole area is of outstanding beauty,however this hotel was not good enough. We booked a superior sea view room. The room was generally needed updating particularly the bathroom Our main concern was a awful smell, we opened the windows to let some air in and left to visit the little beach below, on our return the smell was still there, we then complained and asked to more room but the girl said she would have to ring the owner meantime another of the staff come to the room with a air spray. We then went out again for the evening on our return of course the smell had not gone and we once again complained and was told there was not much they could do as the Manager/owner was not there. We were only staying one night so had little choice. The next morning my husband refused to pay the whole amount and the staff on duty agreed to reduce it by 30 Euros. I would also like to say that the breakfast was not adequate either.     Old-fashioned hotel with broken devices

    Air conditioning in our first room was broken so we asked to change. Thankfully, they did it, but it was not the only problem. The room is very small and the room smells very badly, especially the toilet.The breakfast was ok like typical Italian breakfast

    We stayed for 3 nights in this property the main selling point of which is the pastoral location , the rest of the package is somewhat lacking . The room (207) was fairly cramped and lacking some standard facilities even for a 3 star hotel - A kettle for example , the free dress shop coat hangers were fairly uselessand not what you generally see even in this category of hotel I don't expect the Ritz Carlton for these prices but some basic amenities wouldn't go amiss . The internet is however available in the room and free ,presumably because it doesn't work!! Sleep quality is reasonable , unfortunately on our first night there was a wedding on the top floor which went on until the early hours . The bathroom is basic with no shelf space for toiletries , it did however come equipped with a broken shower head .There is a standard complimentary Italian style breakfast which was terrible , the fresh fruit was overripe and on the verge of rotting , there was however a large selection of cake - great if you eat cake for breakfast , the worst aspect was that they charge for an egg even the most basic B&B provides a boiled egg as a minimum , I can't make a comment about the service as I didn't get any not even a good Morning .All in all we were glad to leave to somewhere less penny pinching ( Mean) Finally Grazia on reception was the one shining light - she made the Internet work for a short while .Thankyou Grazia
