    On arrival we were told that there are 200 steps to our apartment. when I asked about our lugage I was told it would be delivered the next day at 07h30. when I went the next day the manager was very rude and shouting abuse.No Milk, tea or coffee for a drink, asked the resturant for some coffee and milk, they refused to sell us some. We had to go 10 miles int La Spitizza at 23h30 to buy drinks.The staff were very rude and unhelpful, and charged the earth as extra's. Moaned about the the way I parked the car, about my daughter playing on the steps, the food was awful, cold and thrown at you.Very childeren unfriendly, dangerous steps and unsecure barriers, light to the steps were on PAR and came on when you had passed them so half the stairs were in darkness when you walked them.I love Italy and go every year for the last 20 years and this is the most horrific 3 nights ever spent there.

    This place is paradise! Outside of the bustling down town with stunning views. We had an apartment with 2 beds, spacious washroom and small kitchen. The whole property affords amazing views of the Ligurian sea and the on-site vineyards. Good restaurant as well!

    This was the only place to eat when my friend and I arrived late at night in Riomaggiore. We were staying at a nearby hotel. We ended up eating dinner here two nights in a row. The young man who greeted us and brought us food on both nights was very friendly and pleasant. The food was ahhhh-mazing! We had the pesto, scampi, ravioli and for dessert: Panna Cotta and hazelnut gelato. Everything was excellent. Wish we had time to dine at the restaurant in the daytime. Very happy with the service and food. Tutte bene!

    Fantastic setting but lots of stairs. The rooms are various sized, well equipped studios scattered down a cliff side with terrific views over the Cinque Terre coast from high up. Adjacent parking is a real blessing. Good restaurant reasonably priced for the area. Bus stop outside for visits to the adjacent villages ( easier than trying to find parking).

    Incredible stay, the best views I’ve ever seen anywhere, situated basically on a cliff you can see all of rio maggiores sea. Waking up to see the mountains and beautiful sea was amazing. Amazing customer service, everyone was incredibly nice and understanding. There was also a small farm and a trail to go to a natural pool near the sea. Restaurant was amazing, unforgettable pesto. A great stay, would come here again any day
