Location

The hotel is 100 metres from the shores of Lake Garda, and its rooftop terrace overlooks the lake. Situated in the Rivabella area of Desenzano del Garda, the hotel is set on the grounds of the historic Villa Erme. The centre of Desenzano is a 5-minute drive and Sirmione is around 10 minutes by car. Nearby airports include Verona-Valerio Catullo (approximately 25 km away) and Bergamo-Orio Al Serio (80 km away).

Guests have a choice of 36 rooms, including 30 double rooms, located in two 4-storey buildings with lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions.     Very bad experience! The hotel is far from the center, in some remote corner. Standard rooms are too small, you can't even get through. The pool is a mess. Children scream and jump during the time intended for adults. And everyone knows! I don't recommend it! Run as far away from such nonsense as possible!

    We had a relaxing short, break. Quiet location. Nothing was too much trouble, all staff were friendly and accommodating . We would highly recommend staying here.     Had a lovely few days at this family run hotel. Everyone was friendly and happy to help. Location was perfect with a lovely walk along the edge of the lake to the town of Desenzano.     Beautiful hotel and a perfect location to enjoy the Lake which is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Desenzano is a further 35 minute walk along the walkway next to the lake which is beautiful.     Brilliant short stay everything was perfect and the staff so friendly …. The pool with its sauna was a special treat and the breakfast was amazing with so much choice. the room very clean and attractive with its balcony. A short walk to the lake side.
