    Just arrived. Our room is 3m from a busy road and can’t be changed. Im trying to find a new hotel, as this is prob the worst room in Bardolino.

    This hotel was excellent and great location for bars restaurants beach and ferries to other parts of lake Garda. Breakfast has plenty of choice and staff were fantastic (especially Sylvia). Pools and outside areas are lovely and would highly recommend hotel.

    Not TERME , just water with chlorine

    I didn't understand why your name has the word TERME in it. Because you don't have any water from thermal springs. You only have pools with warm water with chlorine. When you use the term TERM, it implies the presence of THERMAL WATER.     Warm relaxation in the winter cold

    Really nice hotel. Location is excellent, 10 minutes walk to Lake Garda. The team at the hotel were very helpful, they know you’ve journeyed to be there, the ethos seems to be “…and breathe…”. The breakfast is relaxed and great quality, in the room everything worked. The Spa was really lovely, we really loved the warmth, sitting by the indoor pool. We expected the outdoor pools to be closed, but one was open. Entered from the indoor pool, the warm pool outside, with steam coming off it, with frost on the ground in bright winter sunshine was a new one for us and we loved it. The jacuzzi, steam rooms and sauna were lovely. Overall we had a very relaxed break between Christmas and New Year. Will do this again.     We had a lovely stay here for our 40th wedding anniversary. The hotel was wonderful from the moment we stepped inside, such a fresh and clean smell. Our room was spacious and looked onto the pool area. We both enjoyed breakfast where there were gluten free options available for my husband and we also had lunch one day. The pools were lovely to come back to after a day out. Overall a wonderful break.
