Situated in the heart of Desenzano, 18 km from Lake Garda, the hotel has a central location close to Desenzano's main squares. The Verona Arena can be reached in 15 min by car and the Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium is 10 min away.

Hot tub doesn’t work, rooms are hot and the road is to busy to open the window

What seemed like it was going to be a great review soon changed for us. We spent three days trying to use the hot tub, that was always cold and had a error code on it.over and over we were told it’s ok now and never heated up.the rooms were to hot we were told it wasn’t posible to have it cooler untill my last night when actually it is now possible.we had to sleep with the window open on a loud road. Overall very disappointed.

We stayed here for three nights & can honestly say this hotel was really good. Within easy walking distance to promenade & local Restaurants. Beautiful breakfast hot & cold dishes, great choice; panoramic views of lake from large open doors (weather was great & sat outside each day for bfst) Room on top fourth floor, clean room, shower/ hairdryer & tea coffee making facilities. Balcony with lovely lake view, only negative is hotel on quite a busy road, but to be fair didn't stop us sitting out & you quickly get used to the road. A/C effective. Thank you, loved Desenzano & your lovely hotel!!😍

Nice hotel close to the lake, very helpful staff, parking close by, rooms basic but clean and tidy. Breakfast very good great choice. Staff helpful in finding a restaurant to eat, there is a lot very close. Great choice. Lovely view from the terrace.

Very friendly hotel, staff were helpful and convenient location, room was clean and a comfortable bed. Tasty and comprehensive breakfast and a very late bar with good beer on tap and interesting memorabilia. Highly recommended and I look forward to my next visit.
