    Immense structure, I was a guest for a convention, the room they provided was on two levels living area under never used and sleeping area on a low loft where I hit three times my head and very hot, small bathroom and shower, the reception staff were very good and polite attentive to every request, while at the bar we asked for cocktails all failed. The restaurant we dined well despite being a hundred people. Very small pool for the size of the resort. I did not use the SPA. The property is imposing well-kept greenery, very dispersive it looks like a medieval village needs a makeover from the reception to the rooms. Cleanliness average.     Stay of 10 days, very beautiful area to visit. Beautiful course very well maintained (3 nine holes mixed every day). Continental breakfast, à la carte lunch and half board in the evening nothing wrong everything was perfect. Nice staff, but the vast majority do not speak French.     Immense location, surrounded by a green quoted and lush.Beautiful outdoor areas, as well as pergolas where you can dine.Reviewable conference rooms, with few services and very little multimedia.Mediocre breakfast, with poor pastry and undrinkable cappuccino.Courtesy of reception and waiting staff?? Look for it elsewhere because it just isn’t here.Catering just enough.Convenient parking.Small outdoor swimming pool.Comfortable rooms but very démodé.In short.     I have the following comments for the resort regarding my golf team trip from Friday to Sunday April 12th to 14th, 2024: The Superior category rooms without a terrace (the lowest category to choose from) are very small (23 sqm) and relatively dark. We paid 665 euros per person for two nights/breakfast including three green fees.No one from the staff at this resort asks you how you are, whether you arrived safely, whether you have any requests, or other amenities that are usual in this category. Still water from the minibar costs 4 euros for 0.5 liters.Breakfast is well stocked, but unfortunately can only be taken indoors, which is a shame when the weather is fantastic outside.About the golf course: There are three nine-hole loops that are combined differently every day by the caddy master.There is also a nine-hole par 3 course that is a great place to practice.The course is of course fully booked on weekends, and the round times are around 2:40 / 9 holes.In the halfway hut you pay €4.50 for a can of lemon soda.For April the greens were in a reasonable condition and fast enough, but unfortunately, as is often the case on hotel courses, they were full of unrepaired pitch marks.The tees and dropping zones are unkempt and not appropriate for a premium resort that charges €115 for green fees. The bunkers are washed out, there is a lack of sand and edge maintenance. You can see that the strong income here is not being adequately converted into greenkeeping manpower. That's a shame, because the course, with its great design and many options, has great potential to become one of the most beautiful in northern Italy.After the round you can eat and drink at relatively high prices on a terrace with a wonderful view. The service is friendly and attentive, but unfortunately sometimes quite slow (staff shortage).Even when you leave, no questions are asked about your satisfaction or comments.
