    After staying at this hotel last year we had no hesitation in booking again for this year. Everything is amazing, rooms, common areas, grounds all immaculate. Staff were pleasant, professional and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts 😋, fantastic. Hopefully will return again at some point 🤞

    We recently stayed here for a 6 night family trip to Lake Garda. This hotel is amazing, the rooms are spacious and clean, the staff were so accommodating, plenty of parking, in a good location and was an overall excellent trip. The spa facilities are great and the treatments were 10/10! Highly recommend this place.

    As part of our driving trip around Lake Garda we stayed in this hotel for one night. Although a short walk around the lake from Riva itself, I actually felt the location of our hotel was better. The street on which this hotel is situated has many shops and restaurants (although sadly not all open as we stayed in November). I should imagine it is lovely in summer. Our upgraded room was fab. It overlooked the swimming pool and gardens at the back, with an amazing view of the mountains. Despite being November, it was warm and very sunny so we were able to sunbathe on the balcony. The hotels offers parking as well and the buffet breakfast was really good, served in the pretty dining room. I would definitely stay here again!

    This hotel is AMAZING! I was worried because I had not travel to Italy before and only went on reviews. Everyone got it right! The best and most amazing breakfast options. Taia in the dining room was a highlight of our day each morning as she helped us learn a little Italian and on one day when I was not well, she handed my husband a tray and told him to bring breakfast to me! That was wonderful! The location is fantastic! I usually try and get something with a view but since the hotel states they are a 5 minute walk to the lake I opted for it. We had a partial view of lake on the side of the hotel and it was extremely quiet. We were there for 7 nights and I was worried a hotel room would be too small but this was just perfect. The bed and pillows were both so comfortable we almost didn't want to leave the room! They thought of everything. A wonderful area to hang clothes in closets for both of us, a dresser, a nice chaise lounge, the terrace of course was fantastic, the bathroom was perfect. So comfortable! The wellness center was a great evening of relaxation. Love the Turkish bath, the hot and wet sauna and the cold plunge! WOW! and at $10 pp for 2 hours, a great relaxing time. We took a dip in the pool that they said was still heated but it was a little chillier than we like but what a beautiful pool. Lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas for sunny days. I can't recommend this hotel enough and the walk into town is just beautiful from there. Do yourself a favor and just book it!
