    We’ve been coming here for nearly 10 years. On arrival we noticed much more checking at the gatehouse than in previous years, wanting to know who we were and our stay etc. we thought nothing of it. We had our car broken into causing several hundred pounds of damage. Was parked in hotel car park. Was later told by two staff that they have this happen regularly as thieves have multiple access points and smash and grab and disappear. The receptionist was actually helpful in arranging a body shop to help tape up the windows, but when asked for police he just said we’d need to go to Desenzano! In what? My car with no windows? No contact from manager, no asking us we are ok, just nothing. Almost like they’re used to. And days later not a single communication from the hotel to even ask how we were doing given we were having to drive back to the Uk. Really bad and there’s clearly a security issue here. Do not think we could ever go back here. Btw - clubhouse now really expensive and the service has gone quite significantly downhill and one of the guys at the golf course needs some education on basic manners. Sorry, poor.

    Very helpful and professional staff (all) at reception - makes a big difference. Special thanks to Lorenzo (bar) for looking after me.Indoor pool and steam and sauna certainly adds to just an outdoor pool.As the Hotel is remote, Reception tried to order a local Taxi but never got a reply (the transfer courier was quite expensive). But the Hotel does rents bicycles and E-Bikes (day rates 35/90es).

    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was exceptional — everything was spotless, which made for a very comfortable and relaxing experience. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options, perfect for starting the day.The hotel's location is another big plus; it's just a short drive to the beautiful city of Sirmione and Lake Garda making it easy to explore all the sights and attractions. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that my stay was enjoyable from start to finish.

    This was our 6th year staying at the resort. We had a great stay as usual. The service at the Clubhouse for dinner is exceptional from the Team - Nicola, Constantine and Antonio deserve a special mention, they always make dining such an amazing experience. Lunch was generally good, a few days short staffed but otherwise runs well. Breakfast is well stocked and plentiful, teapots for tea appreciated but please bring back the small jugs for milk to use at the table. The omelette chef this year didn’t seem to understand English or Italian and left his station quite a lot. An Italian vegetarian guest was trying to ask that that the Chef used fresh utensils to make his omelette so there wasn’t any cross contamination with any meat but this fell on deaf ears. We tend to use the indoor pool which is well maintained, the ladies Spa toilet could do with more cleaning checks during busy times, especially before lunch as it can get a little messy in the one loo available. Our spa treatments (nail and massage) were good. Reception are always really responsive to messaging regarding any questions throughout the stay. The friendly guy at the gatehouse entry didn’t complain about our Amazon book delivery when we needed to order more. Thank you for another great stay and see you in 2025!
