    Excellent! It would be even better with more signs inside the park and the addition of either virtual or printed maps for visitors.     Great family short stay hotel

    Stayed with family and was very satisfied with the hotel. The hotel was very clean with a great pool which we used a lot. Breakfast was ample with plenty options. Room was cleaned and towels changed every day. Bar staff very friendly and helpful.     Very nice hotel. Childer friendly with childrens animation show (dancing/singing/magic) in the evening and playing/photo shot over the day with maskot of the hotel. Rooms big and clean. We rented theme room and it was jackpot. Breakfast was included. Big hotel parking.     Good but probably overpriced

    After some issues in trying to book online (I think the booking system and clarity can be improved), we decided to book directly upon arrival; to our surprise the price at the desk was lower than the price online.The Princess room we booked was smaller in reality than what the pictures on the site made think. Nice decor but it doesn’t justify the >100 EUR extra charged vs a Classic room.The restaurant Tutankhamon was good and we appreciated the guys of the animation and the baby dance in the evening.Breakfast was ok, though I would have liked to see more fresh fruit, not only grapes. and better coffee. The shuttle service is convenient; it would be better if the bus stopped as well at Sea Life, which is a good 5-6 min away from Gardaland (also because it’s not clear where you have to walk to).In general, though with a couple of exceptions, we had the impression of a bit disinterested personnel, not always customer focused, which is a pity. After all a 4-star hotel with these prices creates expectations.
