    This was a lucky pick. It is well located in Riva Del Garda, near the water but also the main street with many restaurants and gelaterias close by. The staff were all friendly and helpful. They have a lovely breakfast every morning with almost everything you can imagine (even soy milk!). The room was nice with a small balcony which could be used to dry things since it faces the afternoon sun. Mostly quiet at night, no staffing from 9-7am.     Great choice in Riva del Garda! "Price is not everything - convenience and practicality are perfect"!

    This is the fourth time my family and I have stayed at this hotel. This year we were welcomed with a dog. Car parking, excellent breakfast, very convenient location, pleasant service, customer attention. The hotel has been renovated and many things have been improved, so you won't regret your choice.     Best value for money in Riva del Garda!

    Cozy hotel situated nearby the beaches and the center of Riva del Garda with its own parking! Amazing check-in with Mrs Katuscia. Breakfast was very good, with more choice than expected,after having experience in some other hotels of the same category in Riva where I used to stay before . Young girl in the restaurant was more than happy to make a cappuccino with soy milk (after asking for non-dairy options). My room was very clean, bed was great and I slept very well. At the end, I was so happy that hotel where I used to go was full, because I managed to get accommodation in MyLago Hotel. And a big "THANKS" to Mrs Christine at the reception, who was also extremely polite, professional and of great assistance. I am only sorry I could not rate MyLago Hotel with 6 points.     Dated and shaggy bedroom decor, Had to get someone to turn off heating and fix the wires. No English TV channel even though we requested it 3 times. Had lovely breakfast with friendly welcoming lady. There were eggs, bacon, cheese, ham, fruit, breads, cakes and croissants, a good spread! Great location! The lake is only a few minutes walk away with breathtaking views. Only 5 minute from a shopping centre with supermarket, shops and restaurants. About an hour walk to Nago-Torbole with breathtaking views.

    Unfourtunelly I can not give a review of hotel. Only I can say our booked room has cancel because hotel will be close during some days of december. That give a lack professionality when you are running a business. If you are not a le to attend your costumers so not let them book rooms.I have usted direct they webpage it seems easy to cancel it.
