    A great family-run hotel (and restaurant) with wonderful people

    We were left stranded one night after a booking.com host failed to show up for our booking. Hotel Alessi (next door) happened to know our host and eventually managed to contact him but our booking wasn’t ready or clean.Although fully booked themselves that night, the lovely owners at Hotel Alessi tried to find us a room elsewhere but no joy. At that point, their super-kind waiter Alain walked us to a hotel he knew nearby and I’m pleased to say we managed to get the last room available! A massive thank you to Nicole, her family and to Alain for helping us even though we weren’t staying at their hotel that night. Luckily, Hotel Alessi had availability the next couple of nights and we didn’t hesitate to check in there. Such wonderful and kind people and a really nice hotel and restaurant on a lovely street. Can’t recommend them enough.

    The Alessi staff once again didn't disappoint, Bruno, Nadia & all the staff are exceptional, extremely friendly, professional, a wonderful family atmosphere....The food is to die for.... I came last year and it was a no brainer to return. I'll look forward to my next visit.Thanks to all.

    Excellent location, the hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very clean and big but the mattress was awful. They offer breakfast at their restaurant, which is amazing.... They have valet parking service, very convienient! Good service and good hotel.

    Excellent location to explore Lake Garda. The hotel located right in the centre of the town. You have a lot of choice of restaurants around the area or you can dine in at the hotel as they have a great restaurant. The breakfast is good & for dinner the food is excellent & value for money. Bruno is a great host. Definitely recommended

    The food and wine were excellent, but at the upper end of mid range prices. My only negative is that what appears to be indoors is in fact a covered courtyard thus it seemed that the entire Alessi O was a smoking area. I couldn't find a no-smoking area.
