    I rated 5 star , very clean appartment modern , the cleaner came every day cleaned towels spotless .was a very nice lady , worked every day very hard worker,recommend this hotel loved every minute being and seeing the view , fantastic, restaurant recommended fantastic good quality well presented, 5 star , cant see why the hotel isn't a 4 star should be , 4 swimming pools fantastic views breath taking most definitely would return. Staff are top stars cant do enough to make your day memorable. Shuttle service great but go and adventure out of hotel your find 2 beautiful church's and walk up the mountain fantastic

    We stayed at Hotel Cristina for 3 nights and had such a lovely experience. The views from the hotel are absolutely beautiful — we really fell in love with them.A special thank you to the staff for upgrading our room. The terrace with the lake view was amazing, and honestly, some days we didn’t even want to leave the room because it was so relaxing.Breakfast was excellent every morning and the perfect start before going out to explore the lake area. Everyone working at the hotel was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.We truly couldn’t find anything to complain about and would love to come back again one day.

    A hotel that could be amazing, but needs some work

    Stayed here during our holiday. Prior to our stay we were unaware of the shuttle service offered by the hotel (€1.50 each journey) so unfortunately once we arrived by ferry we walked over 30 minutes uphill. Throughout the holiday the shuttle was convenient. The hotel rooms are very spacious and we didn’t personally have an issue with things being outdated as other reviews have stated. The only downside to the room was we didn’t have a double bed, it was two single beds which were quite hard. The rooms are also freezing!! We used every blanket we could find and slept fully clothed to stay warm. The air con/heating unit is programmed off unless staff at the hotel turn them on. The heating did come on for our final night. We did complain to staff about this on leaving and they were apologetic, although confirmed they turned it on for the final night. Please be aware when booking this hotel does not have an indoor pool, and the outdoor pools are absolutely freezing. We didn’t eat evening meals in the hotel as it didn’t look very appealing. Breakfast was basic.

    Amazing views from the hotel

    First time visiting Italy and in particular, Limone Sul Garda. Very quick check in process on arrival and reception staff were very helpful with any questions I had and were also very friendly. My hotel room had an amazing view of the lake and mountains. It was also very clean and housekeeping did a great job of cleaning the room every day during my stay. Given that this is only a 3 star hotel, the staff go above and beyond to make your experience as great as possible. I was also very pleased to see a mini bar in the hotel room, which is not something I’ve seen in many 3 star hotels before. The decor was a little dated but this wasn’t an issue for me as I didn’t spend a lot of time in my hotel room.I ended up having dinner at the hotel most nights during my stay and there is a good variety of food available and I feel it is good value for money. The restaurant and bar staff were also very friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. The only issue was that the restaurant could get quite busy so it sometimes felt a little crammed.Location wise, Hotel Cristina is only a 5-10 minute walk to the Limone Sul Garda town which is ideal for people looking to go out for the day. There are also excursions to other nearby towns which I went on a couple. Any other places such as Milan or Bergamo are too far out from the hotel.Overall my experience at the Hotel Cristina was superb and I would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in the area whos looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday.

    +friendly welcoming staff who helped with directions and booking taxis +high up position provided great views of the lake and limone +good size balcony overlooking the pool and lake +good size pool overlooking the lake with plenty of sun loungers +close to limone centre- 10 minute walk+shuttle provided to bring guests up and down to town as the walk is steep. There is a 1.50 charge per person for hotel Cristina guests +mini bar in room was reasonably priced but we used as a fridge to store water +bar was reasonably priced. For a lemoncillo spritz and glass of prosecco we paid 11 euros -hotel is in need of refurbishment throughout. Rooms are dated, the lift must not have been updated since the hotel opened and the grounds in general could be more aesthetically pleasing -lots of noise from neighbouring rooms from early in the morning.-very far from the airport. 5 hours if using public transport -wide selection of breakfast food but none to my taste so I stuck to toast I would recommend the hotel but it could do with a good revamp!
