    Bad experience. The photos do not give the idea at all. The room (booked a superior on booking) a hole where you could not move, bathroom without bidet with a tiny sink, sheets and pillows with hair and hair on the pillow even a stain of lipstick and.... surprise... a slip used on the shelves. We point out at reception the opportunity to change the sheets but the next day we find the same situation. Breakfast impossible to the mere sight passes the appetite. You sit down and behind the table, there is a poor plant with dried leaves held in the center by the stick of a broom... Note positive the availability of free city bikes too bad that they had the broken or non-existent bell as well as the light.... in short, from a touring bike hotel you expect different bikes... given the experience we canceled the wellness center booked because if you do not change the sheets I dare not imagine the water of the whirlpool... never to return Originally submitted in Italian on www.tripadvisor.it.     Welcoming staff and spacious room. However it overlooked the road so windows impossible to open. Very loud. I can’t imagine in July and August!!!!     I bought a coupon on Groupon on 19/03 in which the structure had proposed a package only for Saturday with lake view room, spa and bike rental, valid until 20/05, After 2 days of purchase I tried to book and the gentleman who answered me was very rude and rude telling me that there were no more Saturdays available and hung up the phone without even saying goodbye. I wonder what is the point of proposing these coupons when they do not want to accept them and I think it was really rude and I do not advise everyone to approach this structure Originally submitted in Italian on www.tripadvisor.it.     Treated very badly!

    I was treated very badly. A fall requiring surgery for a broken ankle, suffered the day before the start of the trip, prevents me from travelling. After having contracted a rate with a cancellation option (up to 3 days before the start date of the reservation), the establishment does not deign to review the case in an exceptional manner to reach a fair solution for both parties, other than paying 100% of the amount of the reservation, despite there being a justified reason for major cause.

    Way exceeding expectations.

    My friend & I have recently returned from a 4 night break here. We stayed on the top floor which we had to ourselves in a lovely spacious suite. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and super helpful, answering all our many questions. We enjoyed a session in the spa which was an unexpected treat. The hotel is well located close to some local bars or a shortish walk or cycle into the busier area. The breakfast was included and comprised of a good selection of hot and cold food and the coffee machine provided us with one of our favourite coffees of the holiday. All in all a great hotel delivering excellent value for money.
