    Stunning view from the balcony!

    We booked this hotel because it was a decent price, but be careful with half board because you can get carried away with ordering drinks (especially during a heatwave). For this reason, we wished we booked a hotel with AC because the heat was unbearable. There wasn’t even a fan in the room. The toilet and sink were literally next to each other and this felt a bit unhygienic. This hotel had a supermarket within walking distance so that was ideal. Breakfast was good but dinner was a struggle especially being a vegetarian. I enjoyed the soups, but the lack of vegetarian mains meant we ended up going out for dinner more than we anticipated. 3 stars for the stunning balcony view but the room itself was basic.

    I took a fan following one advice, excellent choice as rgere is no air conditionning. I stayed for almost one month for reading alone. I had the chance to know the family Marzadri, their excellent, very professional and nice environment. The people were awesome, the food excellent (but I took 1.2 kg). I liked the rear view over the mountains as it was somehow cooler. And I could enjoy the lake (and the swimming pool anyyime). Beautiful (and strenuous) walks around, with cascades or remains of shelters from ww 1914-18. Nice village.

    Such a beautiful family ran hotel. It was very clean, rooms done daily with fresh towels. Hotel is very old fashioned but beautiful nonetheless. Recommend getting a room with lake view, you won’t be disappointed. Breakfast was your traditional continental food, nothing hot served. Dinner was excellent, home cooked, 3 course meal, every day!

    Fantastic hotel, views from our room were stunning, the room was cleaned every day with clean towels, the breakfast was great with loads of choices, the barmen was very nice and the drinks were great the staff were very friendly and helpful would highly recommend staying here

    Excellent hotel with beautiful views of lake and mountain set in quiet village Tignale. Great for relaxing and exploring the area (you need to have a car as there is not much of public transport to go anywhere).Friendly hotel staff, great atmosphere. Clean and comfortable rooms with balcony. Breakfast has fantastic buffet options of yummy food. Dinner was excellent as well, each evening we can choose from 3 options of starter, main and dessert for next evening. Plus unlimited salad table. We stayed for 5 nights on the end of September. Absolutely loved it. Thank you to all hard working staff for making our stay so enjoyable.
