  Experience paradise on earth

  It has been more than 15 years that I am going to this amazing hotel, people are so friendly and the quality of the service is amazing, probably the best Spa I ever experienced.The location of the hotel is also remarkable with a great view of the Lake.The most difficult experience is to leave the hotel, that’s why you need to book immediately your next stay to be able to survive….   We liked this hotel. We were given a complimentary upgrade by Liza and Daniel at reception because we asked for it and because we were “Preferred” guests. The upgrade was to the Exclusive suite (412 euros per night), and it was great; with a terrific view of the snow-covered mountains across the lake (and with a Saharan dust haze). The large rectangular space was divided into sections. Outside, there was a lawn area with chaise lounges, and then we also had two patios. Inside (by the window with a very good view) was a Jacuzzi that we used and liked. In the bathroom, there were two sinks that we liked and a shower that was too small and leaked. The hot water took a long, long time, but did get hot enough eventually. There was a separate toilet room that also had a sink. In the bedroom area, there were also two comfortable chairs and a long wooden desk, big enough for both of us to sit at our laptops. Then there was a living room area across from the TV and the minibar area. In the entry area of the suite was a large closet that worked very well for us. The décor was good, the furniture was comfortable, and the lighting was good. You would not believe how many hotels get these things wrong. Twice-daily housekeeping was good, and the breakfast was very good. An extensive buffet was accompanied by a menu with eggs Benedict, for example. Audre really liked the thick, unctuous, hot chocolate. We used the well-equipped gym and thought about going to the 5 pm breathing class. Our overall view of the hotel was good. The things we did not like were the awful beat of the “chill lounge” music in the hallways and the bar. Another bad thing was the noise (and feeling) the reverberating footsteps from the room above us. Also we hated the heating/cooling system. We had to ask reception to change the temperature and we could not get it comfortable; it was too hot even when the set point was 19°.   Breathtaking beautiful relaxing

  Lefay Resort & SPA Lago di Garda is truly beautiful. We visited Lefay Dolomiti last year and had such a wonderful experience that this year we decided to stay with the Lefay brand and try the Lake Garda resort. It did not disappoint.The scenery is unreal, with stunning green spaces and multiple lake views throughout the resort. The spa is absolutely amazing, and the panoramic sauna is breathtaking. We were especially looking forward to the Aufguss sessions, which unfortunately were not available during our stay, but we still enjoyed some brilliant classes including soft stretching, yoga, and an abdomen class. The instructors are truly five-star — knowledgeable, passionate, and clearly experts in what they do.The food was also excellent, full of rich, high-quality ingredients. I was especially impressed by Akash, Andre, and Yan. I more or less ordered off-menu every evening and they were always happy to accommodate me. They were relaxed, engaging, and clearly enjoyed their work. Happy staff says a lot about a brand.A special mention goes to Stefanie, the resident manager, who really went above and beyond. She recommended a day trip to Limone and even wrote down where we could park and suggested places for lunch. That level of care and professionalism makes such a difference, and she is a true ambassador for the Lefay brand.Our stay was fantastic and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.   Amazing but not perfect

  The hotel is absolutely lovely and you will come away feeling energised and relaxed. Staff are super friendly. The spa is amazing but everything is costly. The free shuttle ride from the hotel to Gargnano is fantastic if you don’t have a car. I took a star away because our highly anticipated experience at the hotels top tier restaurant was ruined by a hair in one of the drinks, it was a palate cleanser. We didn’t complain as we didn’t want any awkwardness as everyone would then come to know we complained, we had another 2 nights there. We just returned the cup. Overall, a great hotel.
