    What beautiful hotel. Amazing staffs. Food is amazing. The manager in the restaurant is very nice and helpful. Took my 92 year Mother. They looked after as. Swimming pool is good. You just help your self to all the drinks 🍸 hot , soft drinks and alcohol as well. Really enjoyed this hotel. Rooms are cleaned every day. Towels are changed every day. All the staffs are very nice. Will go back again. See you soon. Thank you to all the lovely staffs.

    Stayed here 12th - 18th July and we had a brilliant time.My room had lovely views straight over Lake Garda - waking up to that every morning was the highlight. Food was way better than I expected, proper quality and lots of choice.I’d like to thank all the staff for their hospitality. They were all so friendly and helpful the whole week. A very special thank you to the children’s animation team Alisha, Angelo & Danny for keeping our 5-year-old son Sebastian entertained - thank you so much for your kind patience and understanding with him!Hope you all enjoy your time working here, you make it a great resort.Would definitely stay again

    My first visit to Lake garda

    I've just returned ftom lake Garda. It was a wonderful place to visit. Excellent location, my wife & I stayed in limone at the leonardo da vinci hotel. Ican see trip adviser gives it 4 stars, I dont know how long ago but in our experience it has gone downhill very fast. They turned the lights off at 11pm sharp. Could not get a wine glass for my wife at any time had to use half pint or plastic glasses. Food, at best, bland. Shower in our room was in the bath & broken, wouldn't stay up when showering. One morning there was no hot water. Staff never looked happy. I could go on for sometime. I will sum up this is the most disappointing hotel I have ever stayed in. Very dated, lounge uncomfortable & not welcoming. Stephen Denton

    Location is excellent with beautiful scenery/views of the lake. Hotel itself is not a 4 star - more like a 2 or 3 star. Asides the hotel reception area the rest of the hotel is outdated and needs to be refurbished. Our room was of a poor standard; old, dark and uninviting decor and furnishings. The food was only average, expected much better.
