This complex has a lift and a reception desk. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service.     An excellent holiday at Parc Germano. We booked a suite with pool which was amazing in the high temperatures. It is not heated but the sun warmed the water slightly. The suite was lovely and cleaned every day. Little touches such as the robes and slippers were appreciated. It is about a 15 minute walk to the centre of Bardolino which is a beautiful and lively town. Great for the ferry. The Spar supermarket is a 20 minute walk away. If I was to come to Lake Garda again I'd probably hire a car - the buses were unreliable and the ferry a bit too pricey to use every day. While Lasize and Garda were near by it was too hot to walk to them for us. The food at the snack bar and restaurant was tasty. And the pizzas, in particular, reasonably priced. Room service was an added bonus. I have scored a 5 star although probably would have done 4.5 if possible for the following reasons - Breakfast - Perhaps just a Brits taste but we found the pastries and bread on the dry side, cooked breakfast a bit hit and miss (e.g. the rubbery hash browns) and the offering was essentially the same each day. It wasn't bad but just not as delicious as we'd hoped. - Air con - it would randomly turn off each day as centrally controlled by reception. We had to phone each time to have it put back on. Which they did without question but still a little annoying.

    Such a lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was clean and serviced every day - including clean towels. The grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed the setting of the adults pool. A 20min walk to the town centre means the hotel is nice and peaceful. Would definitely recommend

    Fabulous hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Stayed in economy suites, cleaned every day, free bottle of water daily. Very peaceful place, good location, about a 10/15 minute walk into bardolino town. Food very good, lovely toastie/sandwiches at the pool/ snack bar. Outdoor pool great but cold, indoor pool great on rainy days, however you have to wear swim caps which can be purchased at reception for €2,5. Views are amazing!

    SCAM ADVERTISING & DANGEROUS HEALTH RISK FOR CHILDREN! DO NOT BOOK! (Paid £679 for 2 Nights)

    ​We are a family with a small child (2 years old) and endured a complete nightmare at Parc Hotel Germano Suites. This "resort" does not meet 4-star standards, and the photos used by Loveholidays are grossly misleading.​⚠️ WARNING: NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN IN AUTUMN/WINTER! ⚠️​ DANGEROUS TRANSFER AND HEALTH RISK​Exposure to Cold: We arrived with our toddler. Due to a prolonged wait at reception, our child became overheated/sweaty indoors. We were then transported to our apartment via an open golf cart in temperatures around 0°C, exposed to cold wind. Transporting a sweaty child in these conditions is irresponsible and dangerous to his health.​Climate Control Chaos: The centralized heating control is absurd. One night the room reached over 25°C, only to be abruptly switched off during the night, causing us and our child to wake up cold and unwell (sneezing and sniffling).​MAJOR HYGIENE AND QUALITY FAILURES​Unsanitary Conditions: The bathroom was left full of hair, and the towels were stained and yellowed. This is unacceptable for any accommodation.​Substandard Rooms: The apartment was old and poorly maintained, and featured an actual garage door in the middle of the living room.​Missing Amenity: The promised baby cot was missing.​ We confirm that a friend, a guest in a neighboring room, also complained and was refused contact with a manager.​Conclusion:​We paid £679 for two nights for a ruined trip where we were exposed to health risks and unhygienic conditions. This "hotel" is unsuitable and potentially dangerous for families with young children outside of the summer season due to the poor infrastructure and management.
