    Good place to stay in Peschiera with kids

    It is good family hotel, with good staff, specially animation team: Malak, Fabiana, Michael, Jury and many othersLocation is not in walking distance from Peschiera del Garda, but there is free shuttle bus. Food is fabulous, small choice, but everything is tasty and healthyWant to thank everyone, who had made our holyday unforgivable.Grazie mille!!!

    I have stayed in numerous 4 and 5 star hotels and always expect a certain standard when booking at this level. Hotel Parc fell dramatically short — and this was, without doubt, the worst accommodation experience I have ever had.The room was outdated, gloomy, and poorly lit — equipped with just two side lamps and two small bedside lights. The ceiling had visible cracked beams, the sink drain was leaking, and the overall condition was nowhere near what the photos on the hotel's listing suggested.Temperature was a serious additional problem. The room was cold with no adequate heating solution, and we ended up spending the night covering ourselves with towels and bathrobes simply to stay warm. This is unacceptable in any hotel — let alone one that markets itself as a 4-star property.When I went to reception and pointed out that the room bore no resemblance to what was advertised, the response was dismissive. I was told they cannot accommodate guests according to personal preferences — and that if I wanted a different room, I would need to pay extra. That attitude made a bad situation significantly worse.I always book at least 4-star hotels and am sometimes pleasantly surprised. This time I was left extremely disappointed. Hotel Parc does not deserve more than 2 stars. The listing is misleading, the condition of the room is poor, and the response from staff was unhelpful and unprofessional. Future guests, please read reviews carefully before booking.

    I am staying here for a week during eastern. It's really nice and great experience! I will recommend for people search for a Gardasee travel come and stay here!

    Never go there again.we stayed in apartment.its 6 minitues walk from the restuarant.it was raining,thundering and lighting badly.dinner time was 6.30-8.30.Only two hours.Due to bad weather we were scared to walk to the dinning area.No wi-fi to the apartment.needs go to the reception or dinning area.They give only two toilet rolls.In addition need to pay.Dont do cleaning.Towels change after four days.when leaving we need to clean and throw the rubbish out.The keep 100 euros for the as security deposit.when its rain staircase is getting flooded.No hand rail.This place is out of no where.They have bus service to the town.But times are vary.Its start at 9 am.Due to bus time shedule unable to plan to go and see places.Food is terrible.Every day the same

    Parc Hotel on the whole was lovely. Great bus shuttle to and from the town less than 10 minutes away, friendly helpful drivers. Check in at main reception easy and helpful staff. Parc Hotel staff (a complex of 3 different areas) not so - especially the pasta/burger bar. We only had breakfast included which was ok, others in our party of 9 were all inclusive - read the details of this when booking as not everywhere is included. Food and choice was okay. Lovely clean large room with cleaning and towel change every day. Would return as bus shuttle makes it so easy to get in and out of town, but think if I was to come back to Peschiera I would prefer to be in the town.
