Great customer care

Great staff. The receptionist switched us to a room at the back when I asked when we arrived. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the AC in that room, which we only discovered later in the evening. The night porter did his best but couldn’t fix it. When we came down in the morning, the receptionist already had his report. Without us asking, she arranged an alternative room.The measure of good customer service is when things go wrong. Breakfast room staff are also excellent and make great coffee. Tasty cold buffet breakfast. Great fruit selection. Nice croissants.Both of our rooms looked new. Everywhere is spotless. Very good sized rooms. A fridge and a safe. Sky Sports on TV. The second room (110) had a terrace. Rooms at the back get the evening sun.The hotel is a minute from the station. If there was train noise at night, it certainly didn’t impact us. And we had the window open the first night because of the AC issue.We will definitely be back!

Great hotel in a perfect location within easy walking distance to peschiera town but also ideal for travel as yards from the train station and bus stops to explore lake Garda. The rooms are modern, clean and well equipped. Staff are friendly, welcoming and so helpful going above and beyond. Breakfast buffet is adequate and other lunch and dinner options good value and tasty - can recommend the pizzas. Can’t recommend this hotel enough and if return to Lake Garda would definitely stay again. Lake Garda itself is very beautiful

I stayed at Hotel Garden for 1 night while visiting Peschiera del Garda on business. The location is perfect for easy access by train and a short walk to the town centre. The hotel and staff were both very good and the room was clean, tidy and spacious. The breakfast was very nice indeed as was the lunch menu. A great find and certainly value for money.

An extraordinary hotel

Hotel Garden is a three-star hotel with five-star service. I have rarely experienced such a warm and familiar atmosphere. The hotel is also lovingly modernized, stylishly furnished and perfectly clean. We can only recommend it without reservation!

clearly renovated recently, rooms were a good size and lovely! same for the bathrooms. had everything you would need. staff were 10/10, friendly and professional. even set up some balloons and a banner for my other halfs birthday as i had asked beforehand. about 5/10 minutes walk into peschiera town which is 10/10 location for lunch time drinks or dinner with a beautiful view of the lake. has plenty of parking which is free too. right next to the train station if needed. we went in march so not peak season, nothing was too busy. breakfast is minimal but has pastries/fruit/salad/ham/cheese along with coffee water and fruit juices. definitely recommend this hotel!
