    The shower room in our apartment was moldy. Black spots appeared under the topcoat at the end of the week. The hotel company did not give ANY compensation!!! There was moisture damage elsewhere in the apartment as well. The place itself was quite nice.

    We had a lovely stay at Golf residence in Peschiera del Garda. Beautiful place, lot's of green and open air spaces. The apartments were comfortable and fitted 6 guests no problem. Nice swimming pool, delicious food, all excellent.

    Very basic even for a two star premises. Reception is located at hotel so much more then walking distance. First night without hot water. The only option given was to go to someone else's room and have a shower there (which meant that I have to shift my family at past mid-night, to use someone else's bathroom. And also drive to hotel reception to get the keys as desk representative stated he's alone and cannot move). Unacceptable to say the least. Management didn't come back with actions related to the official complaint done that same night and next morning and then asked for an email on our check-out after we questioned yet again why no one reached out to discuss the complaint. The room prep charge includes 2 bottles of water and 6 crackers. You are only given a bed sheet and one thin duvet + one extremely uncomfortable pillow and only two bathrobes and slippers (so my daughter wasn't considered as a guest). The room is generally dirty (and funnily you have to leave a deposit for cleanliness at check-in).Breakfast is very poor quality and to reach the premises is also a challenge as the actual road is difficult to locate through GPS instructions. There is no WiFi coverage in the rooms (which in all fairness is stated in the booking process, but the general flow is that you start off looking at the actual Hotel which provides many more facilities and then work your way to the Golf Residenza if you are after a cheap stay). But you get much less then you expect for the price. Absolutely avoid unless you only want to experience a nice view and a very pretty Golf course.

    No reception at the golf resort so when a taxi drops at 11.30 at night with 3 tired kids and having to walk with all cases in the pitch black to find where we could check in this was the first thing. The apartment was clean,although out the way of anywhere you could nip for some essentials without waiting for the shuttle as the mini market on the resort was closed. Pools are dirty and tired we assume they are closed as too dirty to get in. Golf course was closed. No kids entertainment that was advertised. We are disappointed. Wouldn’t return

    Loved everything about this resort from the free shuttle bus to the wonderful staff serving beautiful food and drinks in amazing setting. A great selection of pools and great golf course. Would recommend bringing your own clubs.
