Stayed here 5 days location not great nothing much around the hotel walk to bus stop which is far then take bus to old town so nothing walking distance also taxis are hard to get at weekends and not cheap so felt stuck here there is a small not so clean beach shack few mins away which was pretty crowded and really not great the hotel is basic no kettle in room nothing really breakfast is basic the nearest train station is quite far Uber cost us around 30 euros and took ages to come so time wasted the reception staff ignores when you need info they seem busy or just not bothered whenever we asked about travel etc they were negative and not helpful kept saying no taxis no buses this is far etc so we kind of found stuff out ourselves one night we were staving it was late they said nothing around later we discovered a place which was open till late so staff is unhelpful or they don’t really know we managed to find our own excursions and did stuff but this area had nothing to offer even getting taxis was a mission the rooms are ok cleaning staff are great they really do a good job and are helpful the night manager an elderly guy was kind too but the day staff tried to sell us an upgrade for a room with not much lake view which we declined the beds are very hard shower is good the pool is good and clean it’s a basic hotel ok but staff need to be more helpful disappointed with location

It was a pure pleasure to have stayed at Hotel Residence, really! We have chosen Sirmione as our wedding destination and Hotel Residence was the perfect place to host our wedding guests. The rooms are beautiful, clean and look better than on the photos. The staff is super friendly and very very helpful - both the reception and the cleaning ladies. Animals are welcome in this hotel, so this was a huge plus for us as we stayed with our dog and cat. There is a nice beach nearby around three minutes walk from the hotel. We highly recommend Hotel Residence! Surely we will be back!

We stayed at the hotel for a week in July and we were delighted with the location, facilities and helpfulness of the staff. Rooms were spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed for our stay we were disappointed we couldn’t stay longer. It’s an ideal location for families and those wanting a quiet location within walking distance to shops and an easy bus ride to the old town. The pool area was fantastic and breakfast was perfect with a good variety to keep everyone happy. We were there during a heavy hailstorm (unusual for the time of year) but the staff couldn’t do enough for their guests that night and the following morning despite damage to the hotel. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend.

It bas been couple of years that we are coming to the Hotel Résidence Holiday but it was the first Time in one of the DEluxe two rooms apartment and it was a great suprise. It was beautiful, clean and well furnished and organized. Entering to the living room you feel like at home. Huge sliding windows so that you can enjoy the sun all day. Fully equiped kithen, extremly comfortable beds and a big bathroom. All you need for a super stay. And I did not mention yet the 2 large balcony, one with an overview to the lake and the other one with a plesent scene of the swiming pool. I loved the enormous bed room which had planty of Space to arrange your dresses.Overall the accommodation was fabulous and the location was excellent. Very friendly employees, always with a big smile! Spécial thanks to Valentina and Rossella Mason.

Great refurbished rooms (some with balconies with wonderful Lake Garda views), typical Italian fare for breakfast.Been staying here regularly since 2001, and look forward to going back in 2023!!Rossella is brilliant, and very helpful.Close to Colombare - for cafés, restaurants and bars.Old town about elms away for an amazing Lake Garda experience.
