    I would never recoment this accomodation. The offer is completely lying, promoted 2 queen sized double beds, the reality was 2 single beds, sofa and extra bed. The reaction of the owner (Giorgia) was: Why do you complain? You have enough beds. She also wanted to call the police on me. She also knew about the mistake in the offer, but the only proposed solution was, that I can check out earlier, but she did not want to refund whole price for unused nights. Nothing else proposed as compensation.The appartment was quite new and clean, but the owner totally horrible.My advice: NEVER!!!

    Mostly good expeeience. Location is very good with just a short drive to Arco, Torbole or Riva del Garda. The apartments are located in vineyard and sometimes the machinery starts very early so expect some noise. Aparments were reasonably clean and well equiped with fridge and dishwasher. We liked the pool and jacuzzi in the garden. Didn't like the elevator which acted up a bit. There is no AC in the apartment.

    Generally clean and well located, however if you have a late flight and arrive after 9:30 pm, there is a penalty of late pick up of the keys of €18 per hour!Check out at 9:00 on the departure day is also not very client oriented. Dirty pool with 3 dead mice floating as the addtional attraction. alMasoHotel, Proprietario at Residence La Vigna, responded to this review Dear Piotr M,we don't understand why our rules are "strange". We are sorry but that rules are simply our rules. Before booking our Residence you well know and read them on our web site or on every portal.Our pool during april is closed.     The apartment we had is very well equipped and the rooms are specious with modern furniture. The apartment was very clean. The sofa bed is a queen size bed.The WiFi is very good too. Its worth the money.

    The apartment was spacious, with a small balcony and, surprisingly, had a dishwasher. The small block of apartments is surrounded by vineyards and orchards, and is only a short drive from the small town of Arco, which is lovely and has a castle in a stunning location overlooking the town. You have to check in at a hotel about 3km away and I was surprised to have to pay the deposit in cash - they would not accept a card. The shared pool is nice but there was some road noise from the nearby road. There was a lack of information in the room about how to operate the cooker, where the bins were etc. and the wine glasses provided were tiddly! How can a place surrounded by vines be provided with wine glasses that only hold about 90ml? Needless to say we drank wine out of tumblers. While we were there there was a problem with the lounge lighting which they could not fix during our stay and there was no apology or offer of recompense - customer service could do with some improvement. But the place was clean, reasonably well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Would recommend this area but avoid August if you can - the road around Lake Garda was like a car park in several places.
