    Hotel is in a great location with beautiful Lake views and close proximity to Sirmione. Rooms clean and comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is tasty although we didn’t try the restaurant.     We had a lovely 2 night stay at Hotel Riel. Overall the hotel provided good value for money. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was nice and modern, but A/C only worked for heating and shower was a bit too small. We ate at the restaurant one evening and the food was amazing, especially the pizzas. Breakfast was pretty average, with limited fresh fruit options (only mandarins) and service at breakfast was quite slow. The hotel has complimentary bikes which were great way to explore Sirmione and get to the main attractions.     A beautiful hotel. Staff so accommodating and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are spotless! Would stay here again.     Stayed for 4 nights, the front staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The room was clean,tidy with coffee and Tea making facilities, 2 free bottles of water in the fridge, the breakfast was A+ again the staff were happy and worked very hard. If I had to pick something wrong it would be the restaurant wasn't open due to being out of season.     Easy to find and plenty of parking; well positioned to walk to the old town or along the peninsular (there is also a supermarket nearby and places to eat).We found the beds to be a little hard for our linking, but we could not fault anything else with the hotel.
