    Fantastic hotel. Service impeccable, excellent food, spotlessly clean. Not cheap but worth every penny. Location is amazing - in the beautiful, medieval Sirmione but about 5 mins walk away from the hustle and bustle ina quiet, upmarket and leafy area with its own private lakeside jetty and 2 sparkling clean and inviting swimming pools. We had a family room with 2 bedrooms (king size bed and 2 singles) and a shared bathroom. We had a side view of the lake which was so picturesque. Our teenage son has a severe food allergy and the manager and Maitre d’ (Luciano) were very vigilant and well prepared. Nothing was too much trouble. He ate like a King (food is very good and all prepared in-house). Would 100% recommend this hotel for families with older children. A fantastic stay. Well done all.

    This hotel is situated a mere 5 minutes walk away from the main Sirmione centre, the Sirmione castle, and just up the road from the Terme di Sirmione. It is near the top of the Sirmione peninsula, and again within walking distance of the archeological site of a huge Roman villa, a 12th century church, and great circular walks. The hotel’s situation makes it a quiet and secluded spot great for relaxing. With magnificent views of Lake Garda. This is a spa and wellness hotel, of which there are several in the area of Sirmione due to its thermal springs. There are two outdoor pools in this hotel; one of which is thermally heated. There is also a sauna, steam, and salt relaxing room. There were a number of massage treatments which you could purchase and which were very good. The hotel is beautifully clean with modern, attractive decor. Clean dressing gowns and slippers are provided daily for the pool and spa rooms. However what made the experience special was the great food; fish, meats, and a good vegetarian selection, excellents wines, and service was impeccable. Restaurant and housekeeping staff were very friendly and welcoming, which along with the managers also putting in an appearance at our table made our stay both special and us feel important. I would definitely recommend and cannot speak more highly of our experience. Thank you Hotel Continental!

    Amazing lovely hotel located 2 min walk from historic old town. Giovanni the manager is fantastic as is his staff. Best suggestions for restaurants from pizzeria to more upscale. Felt like an old friend from money we met.Breakfast lovely as was the pool and hot tub. Thank you for such a memorable stay.

    My husband chose hotel continental for my 40th birthday. All I can say is he made the most perfect choice. Transfer from the airport was arranged with the hotel and was waiting when we arrived. On arrival at the hotel the staff were so friendly and welcoming. This was the same though our are time at hotel continental. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful and extremely well looked after. Our room was spacious, clean and had the most stunning view over the lake. The towels were changed and room cleaned daily. We had turn down service in the evening and towels were changed for a second time if needed. Breakfast had a good selection with hot food also served. The pools/lakeside were fab and there was no shortage of sun loungers. We always had our choice no matter what time of the day we went down. Hotel continental was a nice walk to the main attractions of Sirmione however it was away from the main crowds which was such a plus. A few minutes walk had you in the heart of any of the tourist attractions in Sirmione. For me as someone who loves Italy and for my husband who has never been it really was such a dream stay. We genuinely cannot wait to return.

    Spent two glorious weeks at this fabulous hotel with our family. We asked if our son could have a room overlooking the pool and was given a gloriously bright and airy room. He was quite overwhelmed by it! Our room was directly overlooking the lake which was just stunning. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Especially in the restaurant. There were quite a few of us for some of the meals and the service was excellent. Thank you for making our summer holiday so relaxing and enjoyable!
