    An amazing location with super friendly helpful staff. It had a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Although smallish the room was well equipped with fridge kettle tea coffee and fresh milk was available whenever you wanted from the bar. The beds were very comfortable and the towels changed daily.. it was a quiet location right in the heart of the town.

    Fantastic staff make this beautiful waterfront hotel with its own terrace extending into Lake Garda a must stay. I would definitely stay again, but this time try to rent a smaller car to more easily slip through the crowded historic area

    There is nothing to dislike about this hotel. ALL the staff from the bottom to the top, are exceptional - very professional and falling over themselves to help you. They are like one big family and we never met one of them that didn’t have a smile, so they must love their jobs - which in the extreme heat, must be hard.Our room, on the side, overlooked the ferry jetty and had a lovely view of the lake. The room and en-suite provided everything we could possibly need, and more. We were glad to be on the side as we didn’t get full sun in the afternoon and evening.Breakfast was really lovely, lots of choice and the buffet is topped up all the time. The waitresses are on hand all the time to supply anything you may wish for. We ate our breakfast outside some mornings, overlooking the lake, which was very special. We did have some lunchtime snacks and these were equally good.The good thing about this hotel is the location, which is close to the lake but down a small side street, so not in the midst of the crowds. We were never bothered by any noise from the square outside, and never heard anything from other rooms inside. We slept really well on our large comfortable bed. The cleaner came in every day and replenished, cleaned and tidied, it was wonderful.We spent ten days here, which in truth was rather a long time to spend in Sirmione, but did get ferries out on several days - luckily the ticket office is just a few steps from the back of the hotel, so we could watch from our balcony and go at times when there was no queue! Sirmione itself, gets super- crowded so beware of visiting in high season.Everyone we met in Sirmione, and the other places we visited, was so welcoming and friendly.We would definitely recommend this hotel, absolutely, without any qualms whatsoever. We loved our stay here and were very sad to leave.

    This is our third visit to Sirmione and stayed at Hotel Eden each time. The hotel is steps away from the very, centrally located, minutes walk from many fabulous restaurants, and has an amazing view from the deck. It is a perfect place to enjoy a spritz. The breakfast is varied and is delicious. The staff is friendly and professional. The hotel is clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here in the future.
