  I love this hotel and all its services: the relaxation area, the thermal swimming pool, and the breakfast. It has a very good location, comfortable rooms, and a very kind staff who are always available to help.

  Me and my friend booked a room in this “four” stars hotel for a weekend of Easter Holidays, April 6-8, 2026. We chose this place only and only for its sauna and spa services.On Saturday we went to spa zone, which looked very worn and old. The quantity of loungers were very limited and guests had to book them days before. Turkish spa was ridiculously small, while Finnish one was not hot enough. Inhalation equipment didn’t work at all. Only pool with warm water was good.On Sunday, at noon we had some separate paid beauty procedures which were also good. We tried to book some loungers for the evening spa, but receptionist said that they were not any available ones, and that we come in any way. When we came at 7, for the spa, employees did not allow us inside because there was a “Private Event”. We were shocked because they literally stole one spa-evening from us. Nobody informed us that from 7 till 10 it will be closed for public. We didn’t receive neither an email, nor a verbal communication from receptionist at the noon, while we were trying to book loungers. We went to the main reception desk, which is located in another building, and talked with Jessica and Sara, girls were very indifferent. We asked them to contact their manager - Garassi. By phone, he said to them - that maximum what he can do for us - is to give us a permission to pay additional €50 to join that “Private Event”. That was a second shock. We denied his proposal and he said to the receptionists that tomorrow morning he will come and we will talk face to face.On Monday morning we met Garassi, who from the beginning had an attitude of passive aggression. He interrupted us multiple times and on my comment about broken inhalation equipment said that here’s not a hospital, and if I needed particularly that equipment, I could go to some other medical facilities. This phrase was unbelievable. In the end we directly said him that we want some refund, because we did not receive the service for which we paid around €700, for two days. With a very disappointed face he said that they could refund us only 10%, we agreed. Only after we stood up and shook hands he said that he meant 10% only of payment for one day. We did not say anything more, because we understood that for Garassi money means more than anything else. During check out, at the reception, we were informed that sum will be less than €30 and it will take around a week to arrive on our bank account. Our holiday was ruined. Please avoid staying at this place!

  This was my fourth stay at this hotel. All my previous experiences were more than satisfactory, which is exactly why I chose to return again.However, this time was very different. After a very intense workday, I left later than planned and encountered heavy highway traffic, so I only arrived at the hotel around 7 p.m. Unfortunately, the room I had booked was no longer available, and I was given a disabled-access room instead, with the option to move the next day. The problem is that I was traveling with my dog, and changing rooms again would have been complicated.I would like to start with the reception: the lady there seemed very tired and didn’t even manage a smile. From that moment, my experience started on a negative note—and when you are welcomed that way, everything else tends to feel worse.The bathroom in the room was the worst I have ever seen. The shower flooded the entire bathroom, probably due to drainage issues.The only positive aspect was the bed, which was very comfortable, with excellent pillows that allowed for a good night’s sleep.Breakfast was quite mediocre. The staff would not even address you unless you explicitly asked to be served.I am used to a much higher standard in four-star hotels, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations.I don’t think I will return anytime.   An absolute jewel on the lake, such a happy memory.

  WOW!!! What a beautiful hotel. The location was out of this world. Spotless rooms and the outdoor dining area was just superb along with the food. The casual drinks area outside beside the lake was to die for, absolutely class and very romantic right on the lake. There are many beautiful hotels on the lake that I have stayed at but for me this had everything. Can't recommend highly enough. Hats off to all the bar and restaurant staff, so friendly.

  The Hotel location was fantastic, we had a classic room, which was spacious and clean, very comfortable.The whole hotel was lovely and all the staff very friendly, we would definitely return.
